【WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE】
- In charge of premium line, including marketing campaign, communication planning, channel deployment, sales monitoring and adjustment based on consumer insight, competitor analysis, market trends and opportunities.
- Responsible for driving social commerce business strategy together with cross team, including but not limited to content creation, self-livestreaming optimization, QianChuan short video ecosystem etc.
- Lead IMC campaign execution and potential celebrity/IP/cross-over plan
- Responsible for data analysis of business performance, market campaign, performance media & social commerce.
- Support on budget planning & tracking
【WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED】
Enthusiasm and sensitivity for skincare market and familiar with social commerce ecosystem.
Experiences & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in marketing role, experience of driving Douyin business is a must
- Experience in campaign, content, livestream operation and Douyin tools.
- Experience in skincare category is a plus
- Fluent in both oral and written English is preferred
