职位介绍：

每天都有成千上万的游客游览上海迪士尼乐园迪士尼小镇，迎宾和售票的演职人员将为游客打开通向迪士尼神奇体验大门。迎接每日游客的入园、出园以及重返园区的接待和验票，确保每一位游客在上海迪士尼度假区拥有便捷有序的神奇体验。在帮助游客体验迪士尼特色服务的同时，您的服务能力与专业素养都将得到锻炼

工作内容：

·      时刻确保安全为工作重点

·      迎接每日游客的入园、出园以及重返园区。为每位进入园区的游客提供出票、检票的服务。

·      为游客提供行李寄存服务

·      根据到访游客的实际需求，处理票务相关的工作

·      积极解决游客票务方面的问题，对游客的特殊需求做出有效回应

·      与游客及其他演职人员保持密切沟通，为每位到访游客创造难忘体验

·      执行上级布置的额外工作

·      此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      对待游客彬彬有礼、有出色的沟通能力和服务意识

·      具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题

·      热情洋溢、具有耐心、积极主动

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力

·      基本英语对话能力

·      有一定的体力能够搬运货品

·      灵活性/适应性（能接受在户外环境中工作以及不同的班次安排）

·      熟练使用电脑

·      能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情

·      有收银经验者优先

·      具备良好的心理素质和抗压能力

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）

Job Summary:

Tens of thousands of guests visit Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown every day. Park Greeters and Ticket Sellers are some of the first Cast Members that our guests encounter, and they open the door to the magical world of Disney. You will according to their needs and ensure an efficient ticket purchasing experience. You will also help guests enter and exit the park via turnstiles. Your guest service skills and professionalism will be developed through daily interaction with guests from all over the world.

What You’ll Do:

· Keep safety as the priority focus

· Greet and help all guests enter and exit the park via turnstiles. Provide ticket issuance and redemption services for each guest entering the park

· Provide luggage storage service to guests

· Handle ticket related issues according to guests’ needs

· Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations

· Constantly interact with guests and Cast Members to create Disney memories for our guests

· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

· Assist logistics and stocking

· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash

· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

· Provide courtesy to our Guests with good communication skills and a service mindset

· A team player and be able to solve problems individually

· Energetic, patient, positive, proactive

· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

· Conversational English skills

· Physically be able to carry and move products

· Flexible/adaptable (Working in an outdoor environment with varying shift times is required)

· Strong computer skills

· Be able to handle challenging situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time

· Cashier experience is preferred

· Good psychological quality and stress management skills

· You will obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
