What You'll Do
40%
Manufacturing cost reporting & analysis
•You will work with global operation finance team and plant finance team to implement global initiative to deliver shared objectives
•You will validate manufacturing costs forecast from the plants and generate consolidated report for the region
•You will analyze reasons for cost fluctuation and provide feedback and recommendation to FD AP Ops and regional operation team for further action
•You will establish and maintain effective financial forecasting and planning methodology that will apply to all countries
•You will provide financial analysis on non-routine manufacturing activities/projects (e.g. cross-plant resource allocation) to support regional operations team on decision making

Manufacturing cost process optimization
•You will identify opportunities for process standardization to eliminate unnecessary report
•You will provide guidance to local plant finance team to share best practices
•You will apply digital tools to drive data driven cost analysis

V-price centralization
•You will set V-price standard calculation across the region
•You will be responsible for V-price update
•You will provide finance input to support sourcing selection

Indirect saving analysis and report
•You will partner with indirect procurement team to analysis and forecast indirect headwind and saving
•You will generate indirect headwind and saving reports for the region
•You will work with plant to verify consistent assumptions reflect in financials
•You will provide financial analysis on indirect relate projects to support decision making.
What We're looking for
•You with rich progressively Finance experience, preferably in FP&A or finance business partner related areas.
•You have experience in manufacturing is a plus.
•You are familiar with Power BI, ability to design the BI dashboard for AP operational finance.
•Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English with ability to draw on the ideas of key team members and convert them into meaningful plans.
•You with change management experience and mindset, focused on getting groups “on board” with new processes and techniques.
