该职位将在中台成为整合平台业务引擎的核心,通过卓越的数据洞察能力、高效的流程与信息枢纽,赋能整合平台各前端渠道实现业务增长与卓越运营。
· 本科及以上学历,5年以上互联网、电商、OTA或景区行业经验,其中至少2年担任业务中台、战略运营或高级数据分析相关岗位;有头部景区或生活服务平台工作经验者优先。
· 卓越的数据分析能力,精通数据分析工具,能独立完成复杂的数据提取、分析和可视化工作。
· 优秀的流程建设与优化能力,具备将复杂业务抽象化、标准化、产品化的系统思维。
· 较强的信息整合与跨部门沟通与影响力,善于在复杂组织中协调资源、推动项目进度与达成。
· 出色的策略制定能力,主导过大型业务策略项目并取得可量化成果的经验者优先。
· 优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力,对数据高度敏感,具备强烈的owner意识和解决问题的能力。
Integrated Platform Manager
Line of Business: Integrated Platform, Commercial
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Description:
This role will serve as the core engine of the Integration Platform business within the middle office. Through exceptional data insights, efficient processes, and an information hub, it will empower various front-end channels of the Integration Platform to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Formulation and Planning
· Gain deep understanding of corporate strategy and business objectives; develop and map out annual/quarterly/monthly plans and implementation paths for the Integration Platform business.
· Provide forward-looking strategic recommendations for business direction based on market trends, competitor dynamics, and internal data.
· Lead key strategic initiatives at different stages and drive their implementation.
2. Data Analysis and Insight-Driven Decision Making
· Establish and continuously improve the data monitoring and insight system for the Integration Platform business to support strategy formulation with actionable data insights.
· Lead daily data anomaly analysis, identify root causes of fluctuations, and produce diagnostic reports to support data-driven strategic adjustments.
· Identify business growth opportunities and potential risks through data analysis, driving business innovation and efficiency improvements.
3. Process Optimization and System Building
· Design and streamline core business processes, establish and continuously optimize relevant SOPs.
· Gain in-depth understanding of front-end business needs and pain points, promote process digitalization to enhance overall operational efficiency.
4. Information Integration and Collaboration Hub
· Serve as the “information hub” for the Integration Platform business department, integrating KPI targets, performance forecasts, and resource needs across channels, ensuring efficient top-down and bottom-up communication.
· Proactively acquire and synchronize information from other departments and market competition, break down information silos, and ensure the team has sufficient information for decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in internet, e-commerce, OTA, or scenic spots/tourism industry, with at least 2 years in middle-office operations, strategic operations, or senior data analysis roles; experience with leading scenic spots or lifestyle service platforms is preferred.
· Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in data analysis tools, capable of independently completing complex data extraction, analysis, and visualization tasks.
· Strong process building and optimization capabilities, with systematic thinking to abstract, standardize, and productize complex business operations.
· Strong information integration and cross-departmental communication and influence skills, adept at coordinating resources and driving project progress in complex organizations.
· Outstanding strategy formulation ability, with experience leading large-scale business strategy projects and achieving quantifiable results preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; highly sensitive to data, with strong ownership mindset and problem-solving abilities.
