Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Analyst to support our sales team in making informed, strategic decisions. You will analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect and analyze sales data from system, distributors, and other sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., revenue, pipeline, conversion rates).
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
2. Insights & Strategy Support
• Identify sales trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.
3. Forecasting & Planning
• Assist in monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align on targets and performance metrics.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration?
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Distributor Sales Analysis experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
