招聘岗位:副理-宾客体验
【工作职责】
通过提供从客人抵达到离店期间尽善尽美的贵宾服务,将关键客户发展成为深圳君悦酒店的常客和忠实客户。确保所有员工始终传递品牌承诺,并提供卓越的宾客服务。当前厅部经理及副经理均不在岗,或受指派时,担任嘉宾轩或前厅部运营负责人,并在需要时参与前厅部副理轮岗。

We are looking for Assistant Manager-Guest Experience
【Job Responsibilities】
Develop key clients into regular, loyal andfrequent patrons of Grand Hyatt Shenzhen by providing the best possible GuestExperience from guest arrival to departure.Ensures that all employeesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.Assumes the role of the Front Office operational lead in the absence ofboth the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, or asassigned. Participates in the Grand Club or Front Office Assistant Manager dutyroster when necessary.

【任职要求】
1. 精通电脑操作和前台系统,具备较强的英文听说读写能力和对客服务技巧
2. 拥有良好的沟通交流和人际协调能力
3. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
4. 能适应灵活的班次
5. 具有良好的宾客服务意识和团队协作精神
6. 至少一年以上同岗工作经历
【Job Requirements】
1. Proficient in computer operation and front desk system, withstrong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and customerservice skills
2. Have good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. At least one year of work experience in the same position
