Team Introduction

PEX (Process Excellence) team focuses on improving operational efficiency and business performance through process optimization, automation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, maintenance, and regular update of Power BI reports to meet data analysis and visualization needs

Assist with the translation and preparation of PEX training materials to support the rollout of process improvement initiatives

Support daily PEX activities, including coordination and execution of process optimization projects

Provide support for process automation tools based on business needs

Requirements

IT or related technical background, with interest in process improvement

Proficient in Power BI, with basic data modeling and report design skills

Familiar with or interested in using process automation / RPA tools

Strong learning ability, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset

Good spoken and listening English skills
