1. Lead the team in seamless collaboration wtih category review and supplier performance management. Asssure business delivery, including on time delivery, capapacity planning, daily trouble shooting and etc.

2. Lead resilience programs to drive material simplification, qualification acceleration and localization. Have proper business contingency plan for critical materials

3. Drive prime value creation with step changed collaoboratin across functions and lead the team to build sufficient pipeline and delivery operational exellence in project management and execution

4. Optimize DRPO together with supply and other category buyers

5. Proactively bring external perspective and collaboration to help fuel the business growth

6 Build a hihg performing buying operation team and assure strong collaboration across job family and x-regions
