Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Overall
- Develop the marketing & event plan/calendar in line with brand strategy and business goals, and maximize A&P to increase brand awareness & visibility, enhance the consumer journey, clients recruitment and retention
- Event and trade marketing related Budget Allocation, Tracking, and Adjustment
- Vendor Management & control
- Industry Insight & Sensitive, Target Audience and Competitors Activities & Analysis
Event
- Event proposal making, management and execution (Press Presentation and Trunk Show, Exhibition, Landlord event, co-branding projects, VIP dinner, etc.)
- Closely work with cross functional teams such as Merchandising, Commercial, VM, logistic departments on VIP invitation, event production & visual display, as well as HQ related teams
- Manage all the third parties and vendors from the vendor creation, contract to on-site execution;
- Manage event pops inventory;
- Manage events budget, conduct post event recap and cost analysis
Trade/Partnership Marketing
- Developing new and nurture existing relationships with key business partners e.g. landlords, wine&spirit, banking, premium cars, and etc in order to support the business.
- Explore the collaboration opportunities with existing and potential business parters, in line with business goals, products launching, with setting the clear sales target and clienteling strategy
- Complement to landlord’s calendar, and tie in boutique event/activity to generate traffic and sales contribution
- Leverage the best resources to maximize store visibility and recruit potential customers;
- Identify local requirements for trade marketing assets, work closely with Communications, Creative team on trade creative asset development to ensure successful campaign deployment, localize/resize offline assets with related agency partners

- Marketing tools order plan, monitor and budgeting
- Marketing assets management
- Gifting development from creative ideas, vendor management, production, delivery, and etc
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, Around 7-8 years' experience in marketing and event in fashion and luxury industry, men’s brand is plus
- Knowledge about trade marketing, good relationship with shopping mall and landlord, potential partners, execute and oversee trade marketing plans
- Strong Event experience from management to execution, well organized and good command in project management
- Good interpersonal skills to make effective communications and excellent teamwork
- Maintain a sense of urgency and goal orientation, Good with numbers
- Able to work well individually, without much supervision as well as can collaborate well in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
