MAIN PURPOSE
To support the different types of event management including branding, boutique, partner retail and PR events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Boutique Event Management
- To assist in planning and managing all types of brand and corporate events including Pre-WWG, VIC watchmaking dinners and Press Conference & Celebrity Events.
- Support planning and implementing boutique and retail partner events such as boutique opening events, in-boutique VIP client events and in-boutique novelty launch in collaboration with Retail and Partner Retail team.
- To liaise and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure event implementations.
- To coordinate all event logistical aspects including but not limited to venue selection, product logistics, security arrangements, event props and material management.
High Jewelry Activations Support
- Assist in planning and implementing High Jewelry Novelty Event under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensure HJ related experiential activations including HJ routing activations and intimate HJ dinners support in collaboration with HJ team.
Event & Experience Resources Exploration
- Assist your line manager with event resources including venues, catering, restaurants, artists and client experiences to seek local partnership and possibilities.
- Support Experiential Marketing Competitor Intelligence analysis to help gather insights and learnings.
Planning and Reporting Support
- Assist the line manager and work closely with HQ and other teams on integrating and consolidating event plans.
- Maintain and timely update boutique and partner retail event calendar.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, analysis and cross-function feedback collection to measure impact and ROI
Administration & Compliance
- Learn to manage budgets, track expenses and submit reports monthly
- Support financial management including PO generation, expenses tracking and vendor invoicing
- Ensure adherence to company compliance policies on vendor bidding process and security & logistics compliance
- Prepare presentations, moodboards and briefing materials.
COMPETENCY REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3+ years of experience in luxury event management or experiential marketing –
- Luxury industry marketing or event agency background preferred - preferably within fashion, jewelry, watchmaking or high-end hospitality sectors.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to details, discretion and professionalism
- Flexible for intensive travel schedules
- Creative and logical thinking
- Self-motivating. Highly devoted. Team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
