Are you a good match?

Do you have bachelor or master degree, able to work 4-5 days per week for around 6 months?

Are you a detail-oriented person with strong team spirit and good communication skills?

Are you proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)?

Are you familiar with Photoshop or Canva or Clipchamp?

Do you have strong verbal and written English skills?

Are you interest in HR function?

What are we expecting from you?

As a core member of VCA HR team, you will support HR team in HR operation and internal comunication related duties, including but not limited as: 

- on/off boarding process support 

- P-File management and contract renewal; 

- certification preparation 

- vendor payment documents review 

- digital news letter

Meanwhile, you will expect to support Learing & Development & Internal Communications, help to translate L&D source material and drive the process of resources integration and working together with HR Team.
