Job Description

In your new role you will:

•Manages projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and noticeable impact for parts of the company:

•Manages diverse project team with members of multiple functions across Infineon and a complex project structure.

•Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function.

•Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone.

•Project tracking & reporting, communication & engagement with all stakeholders (cross functional & cross cultural) with timely escalation as required.

•Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).

•Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs) .

•Anticipates and pro-actively manages change while ensuring buy-in for change and is able to deal with ambiguity.

•Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

•Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Electrical, Computer Science).

•Project Management Professional Certification (IPMA level C or PMP) is mandatory.

•At least 8 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, with good exposure & understanding in Digitalization transformation, Industry

4.0, Smart / Intelligent Factory Operation & Package Assembly Operation. More than 5 years of leading projects.

•Builds and nurtures trusted relationship with Stakeholders, actively manage their interest and effectively resolves conflicts to ensure alignment towards shared goal.

•Self Driven and self motivated professional who can take ownership of responsibilities, work independently and consistently deliver result with minimal supervision.

•Has a panoramic view on the development topic and understanding of relevant functional inter-dependencies to orchestrate them.

•Fluent in both written and spoken english.
