Job Description：

1.Structure Training Intern

• Work and support the long-term structure training and strategic development
• Support structure training to identify customer needs, opportunities and trends to propose innovative training products and services
• To support the structure course delivery smoothly the daily operation, coordinate for quick response to customer training requests
• Ensure the trainees’ awareness of the safety and security issues in the training centre
• Support daily operational planning and its material sourcing processes
• Support manages the structure laboratory, tools and materials to ensure maximum course delivery on time and quality. Set up the operational procedure of the structure lab as per EHS-MS standards and local regulations. Improve the implementation of EHS-MS in the structure lab and support the internal/external EHS audit
• Support structure training daily works closely with supporting departments
• Support Structure Training department daily paperworks, instructor / trainee’s files
• Support Structure Training some projects, Warehouse modifications/ Tooling management in Structure Lab/ Structure Days etc
• Support structure training activities, department meetings, dry run preparation, TB etc

2.Training Quality Intern

• Support business line to ensure process adherence to Airbus standards and industry qualifications
• Make sure Airbus procedure compliance with civil Aviation authority's regulations (EASA, CAAC)
• Support flight crew training department to apply for training instructor's qualification
• Communicate with Airbus central regarding daily operations
• Improve Efficiency to handle project

3.Transportation & Logistics Intern

• International trade / logistics business practice
• Collect and organize, sort transportation files
• Organize Excel billing according to forwarder data

Qualifications：

• Student (Priority given to those with international trade,  logistics, aircraft maintenance or composite materials related majors)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Attention to detail; Pleasant personality; Good presentation and communication skills; Able to work in multicultural environment
• Knowledge of Google G suite, ability to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, knowledge of the EHS system

• 实习时长需求：三个月以上，每周三天及以上
•  Internship Criteria: More than three months, more than three working days per week
• 工作时间： 8:30--17:30
• Work time:  8:30--17:30
• 福利：北京天津办公室提供免费班车和午餐
• Welfare: Free Shuttle bus and Lunch in Beijing and Tianjin site.
• 薪酬：人民币150元/天
• Salary: RMB150/day
