职责：

该职位需对 Walt Disney Imagineering（WDI）的全部财务及资本性项目报告承担整体、一体化的责任。您须全面理解资本项目，能够高效传达财务问题、展示经营成果、识别机会，并就各类问题评估并推荐最优解决方案。核心职责包括：

1. 通过报告、财务分析及演示，向项目伙伴、SHDR 与 WDI 领导层提供连贯、高效且简洁的财务沟通；
2. 与项目财务实践紧密协作，并与运营及业务板块关键利益相关方合作，编制并交付面向不同受众的项目报告；
3. 开展实际与预测的差异深度分析，清晰阐述业务动因，以支持管理层审阅；
4. 创建并持续优化财务模型与分析，确保各类财务分析与报告按时高质量完成，为关键业务决策提供支持；
5. 主动解决问题、识别改进机会，处理外部与内部咨询；
6. 确保项目全生命周期内的有效财务控制，保障公司政策及相关法规的合规性；
7. 参与临时项目及深度专项分析。

必备资格：

• 至少 3 年财务或商业分析、财务规划与分析（FP&A）或战略规划相关职能的专业工作经验；

• 金融或会计专业本科或硕士学位；

• 精通定量分析与财务建模，能够构建、分析并解读逻辑清晰的复杂财务报告与预测；

• 注重细节，适应变化，能在快节奏、高压环境下分清主次并按时交付；

• 具备出色的沟通、协作与影响力，可向跨职能团队及高层领导进行汇报；

• 具备批判性思维、高度诚信与敬业精神；

• 积极主动，自信，自我驱动；

• 优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力；

• 熟练掌握 Excel 与 PowerPoint；

• 具有 SQL、Power BI、Tableau 及其他 AI / 自动化工具的数据处理经验者优先；

• 有跨国企业财务合并经验者优先；

• 具备项目/基建会计经验；

• 有主题公园/景点建设经验者优先。

Role: Senior Financial Analyst, Finance

Department: WDI Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:               

In this role, you will have a holistic and integrated responsibility for Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) financial and capital project reporting. You will have comprehensive understanding of the capital projects with ability to effectively communicate financial issues and present business results, identify opportunities, and evaluate and recommend optimal solutions to issues. Key elements of this role include:

1)      Support cohesive, effective, and succinct financial communications to project partners, SHDR and WDI leadership through reporting, financial analysis and presentations

2)      Be a close collaborator with project finance practice and key partner with operations and segment stakeholders in preparing and delivering audience-tailored project reports

3)      Perform in-depth variance analysis for actuals versus forecast that articulate business rationale as to support management review

4)      Create and continuously improve financial models and analyses, ensure the quality of various financial analyses and reporting within deadlines, as to support key business decisions

5)      Proactively resolve problems, identify opportunities for improvements, handling external and internal inquiries

6)      Ensure effective financial control in project lifecycle to guarantee compliance of company policies and relevant regulations

7)      Participate in ad-hoc projects and deep dive analysis

Required Qualifications：

·        At least 3 years or above of relevant professional work experience in financial or business analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis or strategic planning related functions

·        Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

·        Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections with clear logic

·        Detail-oriented, adaptive to changes and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment under pressure

·        Strong communication, partnering and influencing skills, ability to present to cross-function teams and senior leaders

·        Critical thinking, high integrity and commitment

·        Highly motivated, self-starter, confident

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin language

·        Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint

·        Data processing experience with skills in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and other Artificial Intelligence / automation tools preferred

·        Finance consolidation experience with multinational corporation preferred

·        Project/construction accounting experience

·        Theme park/attractions construction experience preferred
