Job Description:
1.Marketing & Communication Intern
- Assist in the end-to-end organization of high-profile events such as airshows, public forums, and international conferences. This includes tasks like helping with vendor research, preparing event materials, and on-site event support
- Support the organization of regional press conferences. This involves tasks such as coordinating with local media, helping to manage the distribution of press materials, and taking notes during the press conferences
- Participate in meetings with the regional sales team to understand customer needs related to event planning and help with logistics arrangements
- Aid in the development and implementation of the regional digital and content strategy. This may include tasks such as researching local market trends, helping to create content for social media platforms, and assisting in the localization of marketing materials
- Support the management of the company's official WeChat account. This includes tasks like content curation, scheduling posts, and monitoring basic engagement metrics
- Assist in maintaining relationships with key partners, customers, and media outlets in the region. This could involve tasks such as helping to prepare communication materials for stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and following up on correspondence
- Support the reporting process to senior management on marketing initiatives and stakeholder feedback. This includes tasks like gathering data, creating simple reports, and helping to prepare presentation materials
- Review and proofread translated marketing materials to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. Work closely with local teams to optimize the impact of the materials
- Provide insights into local market trends that can inform strategic decision-making, especially in relation to the localization of marketing campaigns
- Help collect and analyze data related to marketing and communication activities. This may involve tasks such as gathering data from social media platforms, website analytics, and event feedback forms
- Assist in preparing reports for upper management, summarizing the data collected and highlighting key trends or areas for improvement
2.Market Product Management Intern
- Perform statistical analysis of the market and customer segments based using relevant datasets to draw conclusions and determine focus areas to work on
- Derive product value propositions based on technical specifications to support sales campaigns in the market
- Analyse and tabulate data to facilitate reporting of business and operational performance towards stakeholders
- Act as a catalyst in the roll out and usage of new digitization tools
- Support team in tasks that would enhance a holistic experience working in the aerospace sector
