职责：
作为华特迪士尼幻想工程（WDI）财务团队的一员，您将为上海迪士尼度假区内所有由WDI管理的迪士尼体验项目提供支持。该职位需要出色的沟通与分析能力，以提供高效的财务汇报、扎实的分析以及针对SHDR项目的决策支持。核心职责包括：
- 维护准确的财务信息，构建基础财务模型，用于业绩与趋势分析；
- 优化项目财务合并流程，以支持分析、报告、预测及决策；
- 与项目财务实践紧密协作，并与运营及业务板块关键伙伴共同制定并交付面向不同受众的计划与预测；
- 通过报告、财务分析及关键会议演示，向项目伙伴、SHDR及WDI领导层提供高效、简洁的财务沟通；
- 识别并促进项目控制相关方、开发团队、运营及业务伙伴之间的全面协作，推动一体化成果；
- 主动发现问题，提出流程改进的替代方案与建议；
- 确保项目全生命周期内的有效财务控制，保障公司政策及相关法规的合规性；
- 以解决问题为导向，为同级团队成员提供方向指导/监督；
- 完成按需分配的临时任务。
任职资格：
• 对主题乐园娱乐业务的学习、参与与改进保持好奇心；
• 至少5年财务或商业分析、财务规划与分析（FP&A）或战略规划相关职能的专业工作经验；
• 金融、会计或其他相关专业本科或硕士学位，学业成绩优异；
• 具备高级分析与财务建模技能，能够将数据转化为可落地的洞察与建议；
• 结构化思维强，能够处理复杂概念；
• 具备在多元化矩阵组织中根据受众调整信息及协作的强能力；
• 理解合作伙伴视角，同时保持独立性，并在必要时提出建设性反驳；
• 能在快节奏、动态环境中茁壮成长，同时管理多项优先任务；
• 注重细节，同时保持宏观视野；
• 优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力；
• 具备SQL、Power BI、Tableau及其他人工智能/自动化工具的数据处理经验者优先；
• 拥有跨国企业财务合并经验者优先。
Role: Associate Finance Manager, Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Associate Finance Manager within the Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Finance team, you will support all WDI-managed Disney Experience projects at Shanghai Disney Resort. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to deliver effective financial presentations, robust analyses, and decision support for SHDR projects. Key responsibilities include:
1) Maintain accurate financial information and develop fundamental financial models for performance and trend analysis
2) Improve project financial consolidation practices to support analysis, reporting, forecasts, and decision making
3) Be a close collaborator with project finance practice and key partner with operations and segment stakeholders in preparing and delivering audience-tailored plans and forecasts
4) Support effective and succinct financial communications to project partners, SHDR and WDI leadership through reporting, financial analysis and presentation in critical meetings
5) Identify and facilitate full potential collaborations among project control stakeholders, development teams, operation and segment partners to drive integrated results
6) Proactively identify issues and develop alternatives/proposals for process improvements
7) Ensure effective financial control in project lifecycle to guarantee compliance of company policies and relevant regulations
8) May provide direction/supervision to peer team members with problem solving mindset
9) Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Curiosity in learning, partaking, and improving themed entertainment business
• At least 5 years or above of relevant professional work experience in financial or business analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis or strategic planning related functions;
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or other related field with top academic achievement
• Advanced analysis and financial modeling skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Strong structured thinking and ability to handle complex concepts
• Strong capability to tailor messages appropriately to audience and collaboration in a diversified matrix organization
• Understand the partners perspective, while maintaining independence and providing constructive counterpoints when necessary
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated an attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin language
• Data processing experience with skills in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and other Artificial Intelligence / automation tools preferred
• Finance consolidation experience with multinational corporation preferred.
