Job Description:
1.Recruitment team Intern
- Ensure Business proximity with managers and other stakeholders
- Analyze, understand and challenge the managers' needs, and convert them into appealing Job postings
- Proactively acquire expert knowledge on latest and future job markets and trends, and new recruitment tools and techniques
- Identify where our target group is located and how to inspire them
- Talent Relationship BuildingEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with desirable candidates
- Assess candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide constructive feedback to them
2.Learning and Development team Intern
- Support Talent Management and Training team to define and deliver business oriented people development solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to internal customers in alignment with business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in area of responsibility.
- Support training organization to ensure the smooth deployment of trainings, ie. room set-up, training materials preparation etc.
- Support trainer management, close communication with trainers on trip arrangement.
- Innovatively coordinate and support organizing internal People Development activities, i.e. Newcomer Orientation, and other culture change activities.
- Design communication materials on relevant activities, including email, posters, and presentations etc.
3.Digital & Staffing team Intern
- Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools)
- Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions
- Consult in cases with high expertise need
- Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations
4.Comp & Benefit team Intern
- Help collect, organize, and verify data for various reward projects
- Assist in basic analysis of compensation and benefits data to support team decisions
- Prepare various compensation and benefits-related reports, presentations, and internal communication materials
- Manage and archive team documents, policy files, and data
- Draft and send company-related notification emails
- Provide data and administrative support for compensation module, HRIS projects under team guidance
- Participate in cross-functional project collaboration
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team
5.Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team Intern
- Assist in maintaining safety records, documentation, and databases
- Collaborate with the EHS team to develop and update safety procedures and guidelines
- Support the promotion of a safety culture by organising awareness campaigns and educational materials
- Help update training materials and support safety training sessions’ planning and execution
- Contribute to emergency response plans and drills’ development and implementation
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety measures into operations
- Work closely with EHS professionals to analyse data and trends related to safety metrics, suggest corrective actions and develop report
- To assist HO Beijing Facility Management Operations on relevant Facility Safety topics
- To take ad-hoc assignments from the HO EHS and Key EHS contributors when necessary
