The supplier quality engineer is responsible for the daily management and audit of suppliers to ensure that they deliver qualified products to Trumpf. 供应商质量工程师负责供应商的日常管理及审核，以确保供应商交付合格的产品.

Main Task：

1.Plan and execute supplier development projects in accordance with the department and corporate requirements.根据部门和公司要求计划和执行供应商开发项目.

2.Evaluate supplier capabilities and quality system in the process of supplier qualification, executes supplier quality objectives consistent with product requirement and company criteria供应商审核过程中评估供应商能力和质量体系，执行符合产品要求和公司标准的供应商质量目标

4.Continuously improve suppliers’ processes and products based on ISO9001, TRUMPF TQS and TRUMPF SYNCHRO standard基于ISO9001，通快TQS及通快SYNCHRO标准持续改进供应商流程及产品

5.Lead to solve the escalated supplier quality issues with production, purchasing or other department. 带领生产、采购及其他部门一起解决升级的供应商质量问题

6.Create the supplier monthly quality report and share the supplier quality improvements to production, purchasing or other department. 建立供应商月度质量报告，并将供应商质量改进反馈给生产、采购及其他部门

7.Support to coordinate the customer complaint which caused by suppiler. 协调因供应商问题导致的客户投诉

8.Create, develop and maintain business relations with supplier by effective communication 通过有效沟通创建，发展和维护与供应商的业务关系

9.Support TRUMPF Global sourcing project at China支持通快中国区全球供应商开发项目

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历

2.Major in Mechanical/ Metal materials 主修机械或金属材料相关专业

3.At least 3 years experience of mechanical supplier quality management or related experience in the manufacturing industry

5.Knowledge/skills 

-Familiar with machining, casting, surface treatment process and inspection standard熟悉机加工、铸件、表面处理等工艺技术及测试标准要求

-Rich knowledge and experiences in quality system management, like ISO 9001, ISO 14001. 良好的质量体系知识和经验，例如 ISO 9001, ISO 14001

-Strong ability of problem solving skill, solid knowledge and experience in QC tools, like PPAP, APSQ,MSA, SPC, FMEA良好的问题解决能力, 扎实的质量控制知识和经验，如PPAP, APSQ,MSA, SPC, FMEA

-Good program management skill, has successful project experience in supplier quality development during new projects良好的项目管理能力，在新项目阶段拥有成功的供应商质量管理经验

-Strong communication, negotiation and Persuasiveness skills. 优秀的沟通, 谈判和说服的能力.

-Good communication and Microsoft office skills良好的沟通以及办公软件技能 

-SAP or ERP knowledge is preferred 具有SAP或ERP经验者优先
