- Approve new suppliers to support Innovation, BCP, Productivity, PEP+ and Strategic Supplier agenda having $150+MM impact annually.

- Governing existing suppliers and ensuring compliance to Global Standards.

- Driving the performance and continuous improvement of leading to consistent quality of suppliers

- Project management

- Take a systematic approach to solve the quality issues by trouble shooting, quality investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA closure & verification etc.

- Enhance the SQA system, optimize the workstream and manage data & metrics ride on SQA digital system platform

• Literacy in both spoken & written in both Mandarin and English is a must

• Years of working experience Min 3~5 Years

• Experience in field of Food Safety & Quality management and systems

• Prefer working background with supplier quality assurance(SQA) or third party manufacturer(3PM) management

• Auditing skills & experience; Problem solving; Data analysis & reporting & presenting

• Food Engineering, Food Safety, Food Science and Microbiology knowledge

• Excellent Communication (include training and coaching) skills

• Prefer the FSSC22000 Lead auditor certified

• IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IT applications for supplier data & system management
