Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
v Support regional team for sales/wholesale/stock analysis and regional strategy planning etc.
· Daily monitor each dealer’s stock at FDC/aging/Mix level and provide early warning to reginal manager
· Monthly provide retail mix structure analysis to reginal manager
· Based on different regional attributes, developing differentiated strategies planning
· Lead OTD planning communication with regional manager
v Support dealer retail/whole target setup and tracking
· Set up dealers monthly retail/wholesale target with logical method to meet regional monthly target
· Daily tracking each dealer retail/wholesale progress and provide alert to regional manager for risk to achieve target
v Lead Lincoln wholesale allocation for region team
· Support monthly resource preparing, dealer demand collecting and vehicle allocation to regional team
· Track vehicle delivery status to dealers
· Dealer retail recognition management
· Support any issues related to vehicle delivery / certification / invoicing / configuration clarification
Selection Criteria:
· OTD management or dealer management experience in auto industry
· Knowledge of Premium Industry and competitors performance
· Can work with cross function team and dealers independently
· Great team work player
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor degree or above
10-15 years or above central OTD and regional OTD experience in auto industry
Good communication skills with reginal team and dealers
