Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

•Develop local category strategy and implementation plan for Greater China on the managed categories including but not limited to HR, Travel.

•Conduct the daily procurement activities such as competitive bidding, supplier negotiation and contracting. For Travel category, work with the key stakeholders ie. Finance, Mobility and Concur to manage local Travel Policy, resolve system incidents, coordinate on the Travel projects and guide & answer travelers' queries.

•Accountable for achieving targeted results including cost savings, payment terms, eAuction events, catalog coverage for managed categories.

•Establish and manage relationships with internal partners to build a collaborative partnership.

•Can proficiently use procurement tools ie. Ariba Mybuy, ivalua, iCap, BestSign.

•Organize the regular supplier performance reviews with key suppliers and follow-up on the improvements.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or other related field.

•3+ years of procurement experience in Indirect.

•Good communication and influencing skills across functional and organizational boundaries.

•Commitment to compliance and ethics.

•Fluent in English.
