I. Role Overview
This position serves as a Chromeleon software Solution and Training Specialist in China,
supporting pharmaceutical Quality Control (QC) users, laboratory personnel, and related Quality and IT stakeholders.
The role is responsible for identifying customer pain points, defining software customization requirements, and delivering structured training and solution presentations,
helping customers improve Chromeleon software utilization, QC efficiency, and data quality.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Requirement Identification and Solution Definition
- Engage deeply with pharmaceutical QC laboratories to understand real-world challenges in Chromeleon usage
- Identify customer pain points related to workflow automation, data integrity, audit trails, report compliance, and operational efficiency
- Structure customer requirements into clear customization needs and coordinate with internal technical teams
2. Chromeleon Software Training (Core Responsibility)
- Deliver systematic software training to customers, including:
- Basic configuration and advanced operation of Chromeleon Enterprise (network) edition
- Typical QC workflows and best practices (method setup, sequence creation, data processing, review, approval, and reporting)
- Compliant use of customized reports, eWorkflows, and automation features
- Design and execute training programs tailored to different user levels
- Adapt to frequent on-site customer travel requirements
3. Solution Promotion and Internal Collaboration
- Convert typical customer cases into standardized solutions, eWorkflow templates, or training materials
- Support internal sales, application, and service teams in understanding and communicating Chromeleon software value
- Support customers in system change assessment and compliance impact analysis during project implementation or system upgrades
- Participate in customer technical exchanges or industry events as required
4. Continuous Learning and Tool Adoption
- Continuously update knowledge of Chromeleon software and industry trends
- Maintain an open mindset and actively adopt AI and other emerging tools to improve training effectiveness and work efficiency
III. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HPLC or other enterprise-level CDS platforms, preferably Chromeleon
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical QC laboratory workflows, data processes, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to effectively engage with laboratory analysts, QC, QA, and IT stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical or customer training; familiarity with SQL Server database architecture
- Experience in software implementation, workflow optimization, or customization projects
- Knowledge of data integrity and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve training delivery or solution documentation efficiency
