职位描述

职位概述 Position Overview

  • 处理一般文书工作及流程管理;
  • 具备商品开发相关系统及流程操作的能力,包括从产品创建到采购订单管理的整个商品开发流程;
  • 协调并跟进内部及跨部门的沟通与合作;
  • 具备相关领域的培训或指导经验;
  • 管理运营及为商品开发提供技术支持,以提高迪士尼主题乐园商品的生产力和效率;
  • 有志在商品开发方面长期发展。
  • Perform general clerical tasks and manage process and paperwork flow. 
  • Exhibit proficiency in all systems and processes related to merchandising from SKU set up through sample processing to purchase order management. 
  • Communicate and follow up with internal and external partners and coordinate the flow of correspondence and information. 
  • Have experience training or mentoring in related field. 
  • Manage the operations and technical functions of merchandising as it pertains to the execution of product for retail sales at Disney Theme Park Resorts Merchandise to maximize productivity and efficiencies.
  • Desire to grow within a merchandising organization/career path.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

样品协调

  • 负责样品的收发及管理
  • 管理货柜和样品间
  • 协助完成系统上样品设计的提交及批准工作
  • 拍摄样品数码照片供市场推广及网络平台使用
  • 管理样品预算。

传讯

  • 根据需要与供应商沟通产品设计的批准和建议
  • 整理并向供应商传递销售信息
  • 联系供应商沟通样品及相关信息

系统

  • 提供系统支持, 如设计图稿打印、状态更新、上传设计要求以便供应商跟进,汇总报告
  • 上传对设计的评价

产品创建

  • 根据需要协助完成产品规格表的更新
  • 根据需要协助完成产品开发数据的维护工作
  • 与相关部门合作完成产品创建工作

流程及文书管理

  • 每日核对采购订单邮箱的更新。
  • 通过系统执行付款申请或采购订单的文书工作,外部服务及各项费用的支付工作
  • 跟踪所有非仓库可控的价格变动
  • 按季度准备产品目录
  • 协助管理及更新产品相关表格

会议

  • 协助并安排会议
  • 适时参与团队会议讨论
  • 根据需要参与合适的会议。

常规工作支持

  • 彩色打印
  • 根据需要打印及邮寄票据
  • 管理色卡的需求
  • 根据需要协助色卡及面料的选择
  • 预订会议室
  • 协助整理产品知识的资料和安排相关会议
  • 建立文件及协调内容批准

表单

  • 提交付款申请
  • 根据商品部管理层需要,完成产品规格表的填写
  • 建立产品列表
  • 创建产品表格及产品检测申请表
  • 适时跟进产品数据表
  • 处理商品清关事宜
  • 音乐审批
  • 样品审批
  • 提交设计图稿申请
  • 上传产品数据

Sample Coordination

  • Manage coordination of samples (receiving and shipping)
  • Organize sample closets and rooms.
  • Coordinate samples being sent to system for approval -
  • Take digital photos as required for merchandising functions (market samples, sharepoint uploads, etc.)
  • Track Sample Budget

Communication

  • Communicate creative approvals/comments to vendor as needed
  • Coordinate vendor sales information and forward to vendors
  • Contact vendors for sample/information

VISION

  • Support system needs such as print art, status changes, input creative briefs for vendor art and compile reports
  • Input art comments

SKU Creation

  • Assist with Spec Sheet/BOM updates as needed
  • Assist with maintenance of development worksheets as needed
  • Initiate SKU set up process in partnership with appropriate parties

Process/Paperwork

  • Check email boxes daily for purchase order changes
  • Administer appropriate paperwork for payment requests/PO’s for payment of outside services and fees, liabilities, etc.
  • Key all non-warehouse controlled price changes
  • Prepare catalog of merchandise by season
  • Help to manage and update line sheets.

Meetings

  • Assist and set up for meetings (i.e. line reviews, IDI, etc.)
  • Attend team meetings and touch bases as appropriate
  • Participate in fit sessions as needed

General Support

  • Make color copies
  • Print and mail out tickets as needed
  • Maintain TC/Pantone card needs
  • Coordinate lab dip and fabric punch process as needed
  • Book conference rooms
  • Assist with product knowledge sessions and implementation sessions

Set up tabs/files and assist with approval/development filing

Forms

  • Payment requests
  • Spec sheets/ as required by Merchandise leader
  • Line lists/sheets
  • SKU set up sheets/IR worksheets/PRRs
  • Development worksheet

资格要求Required Qualifications

  • 大专或同等学历
  • 具有零售、产品开发或相关经验
  • 具有熟练的打字及较强的计算机技能

  • College degree and/or equivalent
  • Proven retail, product development or related experience
