职位描述

1. 确保酒店对有关定位、促销、公司形象和其他相关活动的适当到位宣传。

To maximize targetedpublicity and coverage of the hotel’s positioning, promotional programs,corporate image building and other relevant activities.

2.评估酒店对广告的需求和发布机会、对于和当地媒体合作进行的活动需事先征得市场销售部行政总监的同意。

To assess advertising needsand opportunities for the hotel and obtain initial approval of local mediacampaign proposals from the EAM-Sales and Marketing. 

3. 协助确保所有酒店广告和材料(本地餐饮,水疗中心和招聘等)标准一致并且符合凯悦品牌标准。

To ensure all hoteladvertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, Spa, recruitment, etc.)are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with Hyatt’s brandstandards.

4.与市场收益分析师紧密合作,优化使用目标市场的相关信息,包括客人资料、行为习惯和市场传计划收益及评估。

To closely work with RevenueManager to maximize use of relevant data including customer profile, behavior,and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.

5.适当时候对主要客源地进行重要主流媒体拜访。

Key feeder market Media Visit where it necessary.

6.安排目标市场(会议,婚庆,高尔夫等)国内外主流媒体到酒店参观考察,以完成相关酒店推广,曝光,提升美誉度活动。

Arrange Target market (MICE, Wedding, Golfetc.) domestic and overseas media FAM trip in order to achieve the exposure ofhotel and drive market awareness, enhance hotel reputation where it necessary.

7.为酒店设定整体的数字和电子商务方向,以帮助提高客房和其他相关收入(如餐饮、水疗、会议等)。

Set overall digital and ecommerce direction to helpdrive room and other related revenues (i.e. F&B, spa, meetings, etc.).

8. 与收入管理、营销沟通和社交媒体领导人密切合作,最大限度地提高当地电子商务战略的效率,最终目标是优化直接和间接在线转化之间的平衡。

Work closely with the Revenue Management, MarketingCommunications and Social Media leaders to maximize efficiencies with the localecommerce strategies, with the ultimate goal to optimize the balance betweendirect and indirect online conversions.

9.酒店日常层面的数字化管理(即每天更新网站和/或每天发布社交媒体)。

Day-to-day hotel level digital management isgenerally required (i.e. daily website updates and/or daily social mediaposting).

10.发展,实施,监督,评估酒店的市场联络策略,包括广告促销,数字营销,直接/间接促销,内部促销,商务伙伴促销及印刷品设计,以支持市场部提升君悦酒店在本地区,国内以及国际间的形象。

Todevelop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communicationsstrategy, including public relations, advertising, digital marketing, directmarketing, internal marketing, partnership marketing, promotions, graphics andcollateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for Grand Hyatt andmaximise the hotel/complex’s positive exposure in local, national andinternational markets.

任职条件

1.优秀的中文及流利的英文书写与口头表达能力,良好的交流及沟通能力,独立工作与在压力下工作的能力。

Excellent Chinese and Fluent in written and verbal English.

Good interpersonal & communicative skills.

Abilityto work independently and under pressure

2.在国际连锁饭店集团担任类似的工作岗位,具有3-5年的经验。

Min 3-5 years experience in similar capacity withinternational Chain hotels.

3.在责任范围内掌握领导才能和所有工作任务知识

Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks withinthe area of responsibility.

4.掌握并具有互联网及其它主要电脑软件方面的

Knowledge and experience in Internet and othermajor computer programs.

5.了解电子商务、大众传播、平面创意设计和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力

Knowledge in e-commerce, mass communication,creative graphic design, innovative copy writing, and editing.

6.对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解

Knowledge of local & international market.
