What You'll Do:

• You will lead FI projects and coach FI project team to achieve plant gross saving targets.
• You will be request to use, teach and promote continuous improvement tools and good project management principles using Goodyear tools and techniques.
• You will be responsible to ensure accuracy of reporting at project level in cooperation with Finance.
• You will support the FI needs for all other Plant Optimization (PO) pillars and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• You got bachelor Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, management or equivalent field of study.
• You with 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment.
• You are experienced as Project manager and/or project sponsor.
• You are a effective communicator.

What Will Set You Apart

• You with experience in Tire or rubber related industry.
