职位描述

1/ In charge of MW Tmall Flagship Store overall business strategy, co work and manage TP partnership, be responsible for sales target and consumer operation KPI achievement.

2/ Develop and optimize FSS sales plan, incl.monthly/quarterly/annual and key promotion event, tracking and monitor business progress timely, and deliver business review.

3/ Be responsible for FSS portfolio management, have clear insight and sales plan for portfolio iteration, optimize portfolio structure, can boost up hero SKU and cultivate NPD as well.

4/ FSS total PNL management, not only TE budget planning and management, but also continuously explore total PNL optimization opportunities, ensure optimal operation margin and ROI.

5/ Maintain good and healthy customer partnership, be responsible for the execution of strategic cooperation projects between MW and and customer, ensure that MW is supported by sufficient resources, and ensure that these resources are effectively realized;

6/ Coordinate cross functions resources, execute annual core innovative projects, to achieve business breakthrough and new model innovation.
