Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort will include a park designed in the rich tradition of Disneyland theme parks around the world with the uniqueness and beauty of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and an array of recreation facilities. The resort will be located in Pudong, Shanghai. As we create this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.

资深财务分析员将作为司库小组的一名成员为上海迪士尼度假区做出贡献
The Senior Financial Analyst will work as part of a team supporting the Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) by performing Treasury activities.
主要职责Key Responsibilities
· 管理银行授信额度和保函的开具
· 根据资金需求执行公司贷款的提款及相关报告工作
· 根据需求处理银行相关业务的申请、印鉴变更等相关事宜
· 各类账户的开立和关闭工作、权限的管理
· 按时完成股东要求的报告
· 根据内部和外部的业务需求,积极提出解决方案
· 确保内部流程符合公司规定
· 和美国司库团队、银行合作伙伴等内外部门紧密联系并合作
· 其他与司库相关的工作
资格要求Required Qualifications
· 5年以上相关领域工作经验,司库、财务商业分析、战略计划,具备SAP使用经验更佳
· 本科或硕士专业,金融/财务方向
· 熟练掌握量性分析,判断思维和财务建模
· 诚信正直,责任感突出,注重细节
· 能够适应快节奏、在压力下对工作内容进行优先管理并且在截至日期前完成任务
· 积极主动,充满自信,自觉地完成工作
· 较强的沟通、谈判和解决问题能力
· 较强的合作精神以及注重细节
· 流利的英语,包括听说读写
· 熟练使用微软办公室软件(如Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience in treasury, financial/business analysis, strategic planning; familiar with SAP is a plus
· Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
· Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, critical thinking and financial modeling
· High integrity, committed, and detail oriented
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities to complete tasks within deadlines
· Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision
· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Written and verbal English Language skills
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
