Taking the full responsibilities of customer needs study and market introduction of elevator products including but not limited as hospital, office, hotel, part of residential and commercial segment in China; Tender and pricing analysis; provides support on new MIP (Market Introduction Planning) process development and implementation; manages Elevator Product Sales Scope Release Process; contacts regularly with sales and Asia Pacific for product requirements and pricing analysis.

- Collect new ideas as inputs for product development and optimization.
- Builds understanding of hospital and commercial segment, generates and applies useful insights led products development.

- Systematically collects and analyzes competitors' technical information.
- Analyzes competitors' solutions and price for residential and commercial segment.
2.Internal tasks
- 2.1 Marketing
- Define and manage system and components sales scope.
- Develops and manages Elevator Product Sales Release Process, ensures continuous improvements of the process.
- Proactively analyze market needs with a full chain business impact view. Plan and initiate actions to fill product gaps.
- Analyze and prioritize the proposed product portfolio development actions based on business potential assessment.
- Steer and coordinate the implementation product development program and processes in line with targets set by the company.
- Collect, analyze and improve the customer data and its management to identify different customer types for the needs of segmentation programs.
- Gathers market requirements and identifies opportunities, evaluates market trends and new technology, provide product strategy proposal for management reference.
- Supports new product development, follow up elevators' technical introduction and certification schedule of PDC, coordinates with MFG and sales for pilot finding and monitoring of new elevators.
- Follow the MIP Process to launch new products, be responsible of product related documents preparation.
- Support on DTC implementation, marketing activities.
- 2.2 Sales
- Work with national and regional sales to define local product sales strategies and targets of elevators, to introduce new offerings to customers as well as to follow up on the efficiency of promotion and sales efforts, to define and follow - up further development actions as needed.
- Offer process - supports sales engineering in large and/or reference projects, provide product knowledge support and proposal.
- Analyzes product non - standard requirements of elevators, for their insight and needs collection and generation.
- Implements survey with sales for components and system development input.
- 2.3 Training
- Be responsible of sales tool preparation and maintenance.
- Carry out market knowledge programs required to support business development planning. Provide product training for sales and channels.
- 2.4 Price
- Monitors the market price of elevators, regularly make price analysis and tender analysis for each segment.
