Responsibilities

• Sourcing new programs for IMG in line with GPDS timeline and meet QCDR target.

• Deliver yearly TVM target for IMG programs and sourcing at the best cost @ Job 1

• Participate To4 meetings, lead GCST/DSF review and complete sourcing activities (SOBA, CPA and Job1 settlement as appropriate), deliver program on-time through effective Purchasing representation on cross-functional teams.

• Participate/Drive the GCT meeting and represent IMG specifics.

• Provide input during GCBP review with global cross functional team where needed.

• Optimal relationships with suppliers, internal and cross-functional partners

• In-depth Knowledge of Commodity and Marketplace in which suppliers of that commodity operate

• Support launching, warranty, design TVM and design changes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent negotiation skills and market acumen

• Excellent cost analytical and commercial skills

• Fluent in written and oral English including good communication skills

• Has passion and strong ownership

• Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively and efficiently, and have good team cooperation and coordination skills
