主要职能 Primary Function:

·       Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of AI‑driven IT application projects at Zai Lab:

1. deliver robust, secure, and compliant AI solutions (GenAI, RAG, workflow automation)
2. drive business process changes and the projects achieve measurable business outcomes (quality, speed, cost).

·       The role bridges Business Technology, ISRM/Privacy, and Infrastructure to scale AI responsibly and sustainably

主要职责 Major Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Own the AI application delivery lifecycle from PoC → optimization → scale; define scope, success criteria, roadmap, and benefits realization.

·       Orchestrate cross‑functional project task forces to hit time/cost/quality targets.

·       Build and manage detailed project plans, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communications in line with Zai Lab Project Management Standards.

·       Business Process Transformation. Map current processes, quantify pain points, and re‑design workflows for AI‑first operations (human‑in‑the‑loop, control points, SOP/WI updates).

·       Define operational KPIs (cycle time, right‑first‑time, automation rate, adoption) and run post‑go‑live benefits tracking and continuous improvement.

·       Partner with Infra teams on cloud deployment (e.g., Azure/AWS), CI/CD, observability, security baselines, and cost management.

·       Lead solution validation & hardening (prompt/guardrails, hallucination reduction, evaluation harnesses, fallback handling) and ensure production‑grade SLOs.  

·       Coordinate with QA/Compliance and Legal on AI governance (model/data lineage, third‑party terms, acceptable use, content provenance) and support internal/external audits.

·       Create stakeholder maps, comms plans, enablement materials, and role‑based training, champion adoption through communities of practice and office hours.

·       Establish playbooks and reusable assets so subsequent AI use cases can scale faster with consistent quality and controls.

任职要求 Qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Language： Fluent in English

·       Experience: 8+ years leading complex IT projects/programs with multi‑team, cross‑regional delivery (discovery → scale), including measurable business outcomes.

·       Technical Expertise: Hands‑on familiarity with Python, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and AI solution stacks: RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and workflow systems (e.g., LangChain, Dify, n8n).

·       Influence: Proven ability to drive business process change (process mapping, KPI baselining, SOP change, adoption). Strong stakeholder management with senior business leaders.

·       Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the proficiency to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders

·       Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Cloud (Azure/AWS), or Data/AI credentials
