职位介绍:
初级库存管理员需要接受和发放设施设备和建筑维修相关货物,进行货物的妥善保存与检查,并在系统中做好相应记录。
工作内容:
· 根据供应商的送货清单准确接收货物并入库;
· 联系质保、质检,对需要检验的货物进行检查;
· 协助采购专员完成SAP系统中的收货流程;
· 定期将整理好的采购订单、收货报告和发票交给采购专员;
· 支持部门维修技术人员的备件需求,在需要使用叉车运送货物时协调车队;
· 在分拨中心提货前,妥善保存好需要运送至分拨中心的返修件;
· 与分拨中心协调好日常的收发货工作;
· 在Maximo系统内完成库存操作,申请创建采购单,管理系统备件信息等;
· 完成仓库备件的盘点工作,管理好所负责仓库内的备件。
我们希望您:
· 具备1至3年的库存管理工作经验优先,拥有实际解决问题的能力,并乐于不断提高自己的协调技能;
· 具备基本的计算机使用技能;
· 具备与公司内部各个级别的人员沟通合作的能力;
· 积极主动适应高效的工作环境;
· 保证准确及时的库存管理工作信息反馈;
· 关注顾客和服务对象的需求;
· 具备良好的团队合作精神;
· 能接受因工作需要而临时安排的周末或节假日工作;
· 建筑或机电类专业优先;
· 具备建筑或机电识图能力者优先。
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.
Job Summary:
The role of Junior Store Keeper needs to receive and issue goods of Facility and Building Engineering Services, at the same time, well keep, check and record them.
What You’ll Do:
· Receive the goods according to suppliers' delivery lists;
· Contact Quality Assurance and Quality Control to inspect the goods that are required to be inspected;
· Assist Procurement Specialist to complete the goods receipt process in SAP system;
· Regularly send the purchase orders, receipt reports, and invoices to Procurement Specialist;
· Coordinate technicians from each attraction to take the goods in time and coordinate trucks when transporting goods by a forklift;
· Before picking up the goods at the Distribution Centre, properly store the repaired parts that need to be shipped to the Distribution Centre;
· Coordinate with the Distribution Centre on daily receipt and delivery;
· Complete inventory operations in Maximo system, request to create purchase orders, manage system spare parts information;
· Complete inventory of spare parts in the warehouse and manage spare parts in charge.
What To Bring:
· 1-3 years of working experience in inventory management is preferred, with practical problem-solving skills, and willingness to continuously improve coordination skills;
· Basic computer skills;
· The ability to communicate and cooperate with people at all levels within the company;
· Proactively adapt to an efficient working environment;
· Ensure accurate and timely information feedback on inventory management;
· Pay attention to the needs of clients;
· Good teamwork spirit;
· Can accept ad-hoc working hours on weekends or holidays if work demands;
· Major in architecture, mechanical or electrical is preferred;
· The ability of recognizing architecture, mechanical or electrical drawing is preferred.
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
