职位介绍：

作为初级维修技术员-电气，您的主要职责配合和跟随同事进行防护检修、电气系统/配件修理、照明控制、新供电设备安装、插座/开关增置、导管弯折和断路器重置。


工作内容：

·      您应高度重视安全，并身体力行。

·      您须学习进行照明设备初装及故障照明设备更换。能搬运并使用普通手动工具和梯子。必须能爬高，能以俯姿、跪姿工作，能长时间保持手臂举过肩部的姿势工作。

·      您须拥有基本的电气技术方面的能力，能通过所有合规所要求的技术和安全培训考核。工作中需要步行或骑车，需以跪、俯、攀等姿势工作。能搬动设备到合适位置供维护检查：推/拉的设备不超过50磅（约22.7公斤），搬举的工具和设备不超过50磅（约22.7公斤），能携带配件和工具爬楼梯/梯子。需在恶劣天气在室内外工作，无论班次。需频繁使用重5到50磅（约2.3到22.7公斤）的电动/手动工具。

·      跟随和学习班组的同事在现场的安装、维护、操作和测试工作。

·      您将使用CMMS系统（MAXIMO）管理工作量。包括被要求参加合规和其他相关培训并通过考核，确保文件的正确维护。能使用计算机。能明确工作职责，确定所需配件/材料。

·      您还需完成领导安排的其他任务。

·      持特种作业操作证（低压与高压电气）。

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

We meticulously attend to every detail, creating each element to enhance the exciting experiences that display Disney’s classic heritage. No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

As a Junior technician-electrical, your primary duty is to assist and support team to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing electrical systems/assemblies, lamping, installation of new electrical service, adding receptacles, switches, bending conduit, and resetting breakers.


What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.

·      Lamping. Learn to Initial install and replacement of defective lamps. Will use common hand tools and ladders. Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, and work with hands and arms above shoulder level for extended periods of time.

·      Preventative Maintenance. Must have basic technical electrical competence, and able to pass all compliance required technical and safety training. Will walk or bicycle, kneel, bend, and climb. May push vehicles to reposition them for maintenance checks. This will entail pushing/pulling equipment less than 50 lbs, lifting tools and equipment less than 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders while grasping parts and tools. May work indoors or outside during inclement weather and on any shift. Requires frequent handling of powered/manual tools weighing 5 to 50 lbs.

·      Assist and support team to perform site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing.

·      Manage assigned workload through the use of CMMS system (MAXIMO). Will be required to attend and pass compliance and other associated training to ensure correct maintenance documentation. Requires computer literacy. Evaluate job scope, determine needed parts/materials, and order through authorized vendors.

·      Carry out any miscellaneous tasks as directed by leadership.


What To Bring:

·      Hold special operating license (Electrical low and high voltage). 

·      Experience at Lock out Tag out procedure and process will be plus.

·      Understanding circuits, knowledge of motors, ability to understand controls and their repair.

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) as deemed required by management.

·      Available to work on holidays.

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
