职位介绍：

作为设施维修技术主管，您的主要职责是配合和协助值班经理的日常工作，管理一线班组和班组长的翻班工作，包括电气、机械、厨房等设施设备系统的维修和预防性维护、故障排除和处理等工作，以及10kV变电站、给排水、水景设施、能源管理系统、电力监控系统、强弱电系统、能量计量、消防报警、照明和自动控制等系统的维修工作，为系统/设备/管道提供安装、修理和维护，检查系统/设备运行状态和功能状况，确保系统/设备的正常运行。

工作内容：

·      高度重视安全，并身体力行。

·      确保所负责范围内的设施和资产安全可靠，保证演出布景质量。

·      在值班经理的领导下，负责使用值班手机对外沟通联系，安排处理当班报修工单，调度一线班组日常工作。包括报备、看现场、收货、验收、统计和走场等各项配合工作。

·      作为经理的助手，协调和组织班次的各项日常工作，包括监督计划维修和报修维修的质量维护，监管承包商的现场工作，进行项目安全和维修质量检查，编写值班经理报告。

·      根据经理要求开展技术工作，包括处理和跟踪疑难工单进展、按要求进行专项系统性能优化和提升改造的项目，协助团队经理或服务经理制定解决方案，并负责跟进和反馈。

·      与其他同事合作，处理各种维修工作。

·      为初级和中级维修技术员制定培训计划，分享实际发生的安全案例，以提高员工的安全意识。协助经理评估其他组员的绩效，提高组员的技术能力。

·      完成领导安排的其他任务。

我们希望您：

·      有八年以上的维修技术经验，具有高低压电气、机械及自动控制等相关专业者优先。

·      熟悉园区内各类设施设备及相关各种操作，能够处理维修问题，管理班组和外包的维修工作。

·      具备一定的项目管理经验，能在经理的指导和安排下，跟进并反馈项目和特定任务。

·      有很好的协调和沟通能力，能够与团队其它业务团队、工作班组和供应商一起合作。

·      熟悉挂牌上锁，登高作业，受限空间作业，动火作业等各项安全操作的要求与程序。

·      熟练使用常用办公软件（如Word, Excel, PowerPoint等）。

·      能够接受在夜间、周末和节假日的工作，能适应不同排班。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Job Summary:

As a Lead Facility Technician, your main responsibility is to support and assist duty manager to run the shift work of frontline. Including the maintenance and preventive maintenance, fixing, and handling of electrical, mechanical, kitchen and other facility equipment systems, as well as the maintenance work of 10kV substation, water supply and drainage, water feature, measurement automatic control systems, power monitoring and controlling system, high and low voltage electrical systems, energy metering, fire alarms, lighting, and automatic control systems. Provide installation, repair, and maintenance for systems/equipment/pipes, inspect the operational status and functional condition of systems/equipment, and ensure the normal operation of systems/equipment.

What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrate a transparent dedication to safety.

·      Ensure the safety, reliability and show quality of assigned assets.

·      Under the leadership of duty manager, responsible for the communication through duty phone, arranging and handling on-duty repair work orders, and scheduling the daily work of the frontline crew. This includes various collaborative tasks such as reporting, site inspection, receiving goods, acceptance, statistics, and site walk.

·      As an assistant of duty manager, coordinate and prioritize the daily work, including supervising the maintenance quality of planning maintenance and corrective maintenance, manage vendor’s site work, conducting project safety and maintenance quality inspections, and writing duty manager reports.

·      Carry out the technical work as per manager's request; including handling and tracking the difficult work orders, conducting system performance optimization and improvement projects as required, assisting team managers or service managers in problem solutions, and being responsible for follow-up and feedback.

·      Cooperate with other colleagues and handle various maintenance tasks.

·      Develop training plans for junior technician and technician, share safety cases to improve employees' safety awareness. Assist the manager in assessing the performance of other team members and improving their technical skill.

·      Carry out any miscellaneous tasks as advised by leader.

What To Bring:

·      8 years and above experiences and technical in maintenance, major in HV and LV electrical, mechanical and automatic control are preferred.

·      Familiar with various facilities and equipment and its operations in the park, solving maintenance issue, running shift team and vendor’s maintenance work.

·   Has project management experience, be able to follow-up and feedback on projects and tasks under the guidance and arrangement from leader.

·      Good coordination and communication skills, be able to work together with other LOB, teams and Vendors.

·      Familiar with the requirement and procedure about LOTO, Work at High, Confined Space, Hot work.

·      Strong computer skills (MS word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).

·      Be willing to work on night, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed.

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
