1.Pull RTM Strategy (Food Service)
• Define key issues and opportunities of the existing Pull RTM strategy through market visits, as well as analysis and evaluation of market and external data.
• Continuously optimize and upgrade the Pull team's strategy based on Food China 2030 Plan and current business priorities to ensure sustained improvement of pull team.
• Oversee the optimization and upgrading of Pull strategy, including operator segmentation, visit strategy optimization, performance appraisal optimization, and operator investment strategy.
• Act as the regional Pull strategy liaison to support the development of customized strategies (e.g., regional customized visit strategy optimization, performance appraisal) and conduct customized business analysis (e.g., Pull team productivity improvement analysis).
2. Operations & Digital Tools Management
• Lead new digital initiatives development to support the upgrading of Pull team's RTM strategy, including the upgrading of SFA, customer management tools, and performance management tools. Specifically, explore the in-depth application of AI capabilities to accelerate the intelligent upgrading of digital tools.
• Manage and optimize regular digital tools under the existing Pull team RTM strategy, including Mobile Chef, PJP tools and BI dashboard.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales management, strategy and operations within the F&B industry
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with relevant academic background in engineering or business disciplines
3. Knowledge and hands on experience in digital capabilities, e.g.SFA
4. Fluent English (verbal and written)
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
6. Adaptability to changing environments and requirements is required.
7. Full scale project manages planning, resource allocation, execution and deliverables
8. Have strong problem-solving capability and communication skills, good sense of mentoring and guiding people.
