职位介绍：

作为资深维修技术员-电气，您的主要职责领导团队和负责进行防护检修、电气系统/配件修理、照明和控制、新电气设备安装、插座/开关增置、导管弯折和断路器重置。

工作内容：

·      您应高度重视安全，并身体力行。

·      您将确保所负责范围内的资产安全可靠，保证演出布景质量。

·      管理带领一个小队进行现场工作，并向主管汇报工作情况。

·      您须进行照明设备初装及故障照明设备更换。能搬运并使用普通手动工具和梯子。必须能爬高，能以俯姿、跪姿工作，能长时间保持手臂举过肩部的姿势工作。

·      您须拥有电气技术方面的能力，能读懂详细指令，能通过所有合规所要求的技术和安全培训考核。工作中需要步行或骑车，需以跪、俯、攀等姿势工作。能搬动设备到合适位置供维护检查：推/拉的设备不超过50磅（约22.7公斤），搬举的工具和设备不超过50磅（约22.7公斤），能携带配件和工具爬楼梯/梯子。需在恶劣天气在室内外工作，无论班次。需频繁使用重5到50磅（约2.3—22.7公斤）的电动/手动工具。

·      您须对配电系统和配件进行故障检修，熟练掌握检修技能，精通高/低压知识，能使用普通手动工具/计量表/计量器和其他配套检测和测量工具。必须能读懂方案图、流程图、示意图和施工资料负责对各主要控制设备定期巡检及维护，及时发现故障隐患并整改，确保系统稳定可靠运行。

·      您将进行新导管、电线、控制器和断路器的安装。能做简单计算，能分清颜色，了解中国电气领域的相关法律法规。

·      您将使用CMMS系统（MAXIMO）管理工作量。包括被要求参加合规和其他相关培训并通过考核，确保文件的正确维护。能使用计算机。能明确工作职责，确定所需配件/材料。

·      您还需完成领导安排的其他任务。

我们希望您：

·      持特种作业操作证（低压与高压电气）。

·      必须持有高级电工证。

·      掌握安全挂牌标识流程与程序。

·      有电气设备维护行业的工作经验，了解电气设备维护工作流程、技能、工具、设备等。

·      有5年以上在配电系统和电气设备维护领域的相关工作经验。

·      具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，善于与相关同事、承包商和其他部门进行团队合作。

·      了解电力、电流的特性，能测量电流、电压和安培数。

·      了解电路、马达，能进行控制和维修。

·      能在倒班制的所有时段（即三班中的任意一班）、周末工作。

·      能在节假日工作。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

As a senior technician-electrical, your primary duty is to lead and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing electrical systems/assemblies, lamping and controls, installation of new electrical service, adding receptacles, switches, bending conduit, and resetting breakers.

What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.

·      Ensure the safety, reliability and show quality of assigned assets.

·      Lead a shift team to do site work and report to the system status to leader.

·      Lamping. Initial install and replacement of defective lamps. Will use common hand tools and ladders. Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, and work with hands and arms above shoulder level for extended periods of time.

·      Preventative Maintenance. Must have technical electrical competence, able to read and understand detailed instruction, and able to pass all compliance required technical and safety training. Will walk or bicycle, kneel, bend, and climb. May push vehicles to reposition them for maintenance checks. This will entail pushing/pulling equipment less than 50 lbs, lifting tools and equipment less than 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders while grasping parts and tools. May work indoors or outside during inclement weather and on any shift. Requires frequent handling of powered/manual tools weighing 5 to 50 lbs.

·      Corrective maintenance of electrical distribution systems and assemblies. Requires acute troubleshooting skills, knowledge of high and low voltage, ability to use common hand tools, meters, gauges and other associated test and measurement equipment. Must possess the ability to read blueprints, flowcharts, schematics, and engineering documents.

·      Installation of new conduits, wiring, controls, and breakers - Requires the use of basic math, ability to differentiate colors, and have understanding of the PRC Electric Code.

·      Manage assigned workload through the use of CMMS system (MAXIMO). Will be required to attend and pass compliance and other associated training to ensure correct maintenance documentation. Requires computer literacy. Evaluate job scope, determine needed parts/materials, and order through authorized vendors.

·      Carry out any miscellaneous tasks as directed by leadership.

What To Bring:

·      Hold special operating license (Electrical low and high voltage). 

·      Hold senior level of electrician license is must.

·      Experience at Lock out Tag out procedure and process.

·      Experience working in electrical maintenance environment with knowledge of electrical maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.

·      Over 5 years relevant working experience in electrical power distribution system and electrical equipment maintenance field.

·      Good communication skills and teamwork abilities, relate to fellow Cast Members, management, vendors and other Cast from Disney divisions outside the Resort.

·      Knowledge of the nature of electricity, current, ability to measure current, voltage, and amperage.

·      Understanding circuits, knowledge of motors, ability to understand controls and their repair.

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) as deemed required by management.

·      Available to work on holidays.

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
