职位介绍：

作为维修技术员-自控，您的主要职责是进行照明、空调、能源计量等弱电系统控制、故障排除、防护性检修和设备安装、调试、维修工作，并辅助进行其他电气类工作。

工作内容：

·      您应高度重视安全，并身体力行。

·      您将确保所负责范围内的资产安全可靠，保证演出布景质量。

·      您须拥有电气技术、计算机及网络通讯技术方面能力，了解暖通空调、管道系统、机械系统、智能仪表系统和照明系统的控制原理。

·      您须具备在故障发生时有迅速查找相关图纸并理解系统图的能力、读懂控制指令，寻找硬件，软件，网络中可能存在的故障点并加以排除。

·      您将负责对各主要控制设备定期巡检及维护，及时发现故障隐患并整改。

·      您将对控制系统中的硬，软件及网络设备进行设备安装及调试，执行编程指令。

·      您将辅助进行其他电气类工作，如强弱电系统检修、维护，电气柜、断路器、线缆、插座、灯具等设备更换等。

·      您还需完成领导安排的其他任务。

我们希望您：

·      自动化、机电一体化、计算机等相关专业优先考虑。

·      有3年以上自控行业相关工作经验。

·      具有良好的技术和维护知识，并具有良好的技术理解。包括电气、变电站设备，PLC 控制逻辑、变频器、电气安装、发动机、机械安装、液压、气动总成、模拟和数字控制电路以及配电面板、高达380伏三相系统的配电板。

·      了解主流自控厂家产品，如西门子、霍尼韦尔、江森等。熟悉开利CCN及IVU控制系统更佳。

·      熟练使用办公室工作和制图软件。

·      持特种作业操作证（低压操作证）。

·      良好的弱电系统作业经验与技能。

·      有电气设备维护行业的工作经验，了解电气设备维护工作流程、技能、工具、设备。

·      具有良好的沟通能力，善于团队合作。

·      了解电力、电流特性，能测量电流、电压和电阻等。

·      了解电机、变频器、中央空调、电磁阀、传感器等常见自控设备，能进行控制和维修。

·      了解如何在维护过程中鉴别有害材料和有害垃圾，并找到适当的处理方法；了解坠落防护装备，正确选择装备并用于配电设备维护；熟悉与设备维护相关的人员防护装备种类及其正确选用；了解设备维护过程中各种危险源的控制，以防止损坏发生；了解消防知识和工作区域突发事件应对方法；熟悉漏电的应对与处理；熟悉配电设备维护工作区域的安全提醒条款；了解损坏报告、事故报告及调查流程。

·      能在倒班制的所有时段（即三班中的任意一班）、周末工作。

·      能在节假日工作。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

As a technician-facility controls, your primary duty is to ensure control, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for Lighting, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and energy measurement automatic control systems, installation, commissioning and maintenance of control equipment, assistance with other electrical work.

What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.

·      Ensure the safety, reliability and show quality of assigned assets.

·      Control. Must own abilities related to electrical, computer, network and telecommunication technologies, with basic knowledge of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, plumbing system, mechanical system, intelligent instrument system and lighting system.

·      Troubleshooting. When an emergency happens, must have abilities to search for relevant drawings and understand system drawings immediately. Understand control commands, find and eliminate possible breakdown points within hardware, software and network.

·      Preventive Maintenance. Perform regular inspection and maintenance for main control equipment. Find and correct breakdowns to ensure stable run of system.

·      Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance. Perform installation and commissioning for hardware, software, network equipment of control system. Execute programming commands.

·      Assistance of other Electrical Work. Includes inspection and maintenance of electric, electronic systems, performing replacement for electrical cabinets, breakers, cables, sockets, lighting fixtures, etc.

·      Carry out any miscellaneous tasks as directed by leadership.

What To Bring:

·      Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related major is preferred.

·      Over 3 years’ work experience in automatic control.

·    Good technical and maintenance knowledge and a good technical understanding. Including electrical, substation equipment, Programmable Logic Controller, Variable Frequency Drive, electrical installation, engine, mechanical installation, hydraulic, pneumatic assembly, analog and digital control circuit and distribution panel, up to 380V three-phase system switchboard.

·   Knowledge of automatic control products of famous manufacturers such as SIEMENS, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, etc. Knowledge of Carrier control systems are preferred.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

·      Special Appliance Operator Certificate – Low Voltage Operation Certificate is a must.

·      Good experience and skills in electronic system.

·    Experience in electrical maintenance environment with knowledge of electrical maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.

·      Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

·      Knowledge of the nature of electricity, current, ability to measure current, voltage, and amperage.

·      Understanding of circuits, knowledge of motors, ability to understand controls and their repair.

·     Understanding of common automatic control equipment such as motor, VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE, central AC, solenoid valve, sensor, etc., ability of control and maintenance.

·    Understand how to identify the hazard material and hazard waste during maintenance and proper treatment methods; understand the fall protection equipment and its correct selection and usage in power distribution equipment maintenance, familiar with maintenance related personal protection equipment types and the correct selection and usage, Understand various dangerous resources control during maintenance in order to prevent the damage from happening, understand the fire protection knowledge and emergency treatment knowledge in working area, familiar with the response and treatment for leakage, familiar with power distribution equipment maintenance working area safety reminder items, understand the damage and accident report and investigation process.

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (i.e., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) as deemed required by management.

·      Available to work on holidays.

·     Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
