职位介绍：

利用聚酯，环氧树脂、碳纤维等原材料对园区的一些非金属材料，例如乘骑设备、花车、道具及园区其他设施进行维修和保养；利用树脂、胶衣、脱模剂等制作玻璃钢模具；根据安全、环保要求以及制造规范等进行树脂、促进剂等材料的混合工作，制作玻璃钢产品；利用发泡材料等对乘骑设施的座位和护板等进行维护维修；母模产品的纹理雕刻。

工作内容：

·      利用指定材料，常用工具和方法完成玻璃钢制品；

·      对玻璃钢制品进行表面打磨处理等工作；

·      熟练掌握玻璃钢材料和树脂材料的知识，能根据产品使用环境建议选择合适的材料；

·      利用玻璃钢布和增强材料制作玻璃钢制品；使用发泡材料制作座椅和衬垫等；

·      正确穿戴PPE进行对气味、粉尘、噪声和玻璃纤维的防护；

·      利用迪士尼电子工作单系统完成指定工作；

·      根据直线经理的要求利用必需材料制作零件并把零件号标识清楚；

·      为零件、道具、乘骑车辆等准备玻璃钢模具

·      良好的沟通交流和书面表达能力；

·      遵守安全承诺；

·      保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求；

·      认真开展并完成管理层要求的其他工作。

·      部分文档工作，车间临时储存柜材料归类。

·      2年以上玻璃钢产品生产、修理等相近经验；

Job Summary:

To repair and maintain vehicles and associated equipment, floats, and park support equipment using carbon fiber, fiberglass (polyester, epoxy and other resins), etc as well as other non-metal materials (rubber, plastics, and specialty coatings). Prepare molds with Gel or other materials. Mix resins, accelerants and other materials in accordance with all safety, environmental, and manufacturer regulations and guidelines. Ability to use self-skinning foam and other materials to repair or replace seating and side pads

What You’ll Do:

·      Demonstrates ability to use fiberglass tools, and employ methods based on specialized materials

·      Knowledge and skills to perform surface prep (sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching).

·      Has knowledge of fiberglass materials and resins. Ability to work with fiberglass cloth. Ability to mix and apply self-skinning foam and other pad materials

·      Wear appropriate PPE to protect against, smells, noises and fibers.

·      Manage assigned workload through use of CMMS system (MAXIMO).

·      Apply needed parts or materials, and communicate with line manager for parts /material availability and parts identifying numbers. 

·      Prepare mold for parts, characters, vehicles, etc. as required.

·      Must have very good oral and written communication skills.

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.

·      Keep cleanliness and tidy of environment in workshops and follow accordingly.

·      Some paper work, ability on stock maintenance of shop.

·      Carry out any miscellaneous tasks as directed by management

What To Bring:

·      Vocational school or above;

·      More than 2 years of experience in marine or similar fiberglass shaping or repairing industry;

·      Respect the company's philosophy of diversity development and work habits of colleagues;

·      Candidates for this position should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communications skills; with good customer awareness;

·      Ability to read and understand blueprints; be able to repair fiberglass, resin and Urethane.

·      Ability to repair FRP resin products, etc.; choose proper material according to the requirements;

·      Proactively help other colleagues to complete common tasks; Supportive of fellow Cast Members;

·      Be able to effectively complete independent and team work;

·      Can work on weekends and holidays in accordance with the needs of the work;

·      Communicates and interacts freely and at ease with fellow Cast Members;

·      Reliable/dependable whether working individually or in a group;

·      Available to work on holidays or weekends as required.
