Overview:
The EC Assistant Product Manager will be responsible for a whole sizable FS EC category, which is a huge contributor to our UFS new business channel. The main business objective is to bring out a holistic breakthrough plan to disrupt in a massive market and develop FS EC category strategy and roadmap based on clearly TA insight.
She/he also needs to collaborate with cross functional team to ensure product quality and consistency for other existing SKUs. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, strong consumer insight, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive the success of the whole category.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation related will incl.: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, translate insight into product development to ensure superiority; lead the project team and collaborate with R&D/QA/SC to OTIF launch a full range of new products incl. NRM, etc.
Portfolio development will incl.: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to achieve both business ambition and brand communication ambition. Always keep a frontline mindset to continuously find the growth opportunity, and lead team to drive impactful integrated communications.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree and above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-3 years above experience in portfolio management, passionate for food or OTS industry
-Solid marketing foundation, very strong in strategic thinking, high-performance driven with strong agility
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent in project management, embrace challenges and changes
-Proficiency in MS
