职位介绍：

利用钎焊，焊丝，焊条，惰性气体保护焊（MIG，TIG），电渣焊等焊接技术来维修和制作金属类零部件。

工作内容：

·      操作性和功能性点检—须能阅读理解并按照操作检查清单安全地操作系统或设备，并知道设备失效或紧急情况下应采取何种措施来保障安全。

·      须按照安全规定的要求存储气瓶及相关设备。

·      能阅读图纸，原理图，工作单作业计划，参考文档和维修手册。熟练地利用各种工具（如焊接设备，测量工具，扭力扳手，举升机，液压设备，升降车）来完成工作，利用坠落防护装置，吊椅和固定工具进行高空作业。能识别紧固件的类型，等级和属性。

·      系统和设备故障排除—须了解如何利用系统或设备来识别问题，须能阅读作业计划和原理图；须能使用测量工具和焊接工具。

·      根据技术，工程和计划方面的输入，按照要求执行并实施系统和设备的检修、维护、维修、改造工作。

·      总成和零部件的清理清洁。利用清洁剂和零件清洗器来清理娱乐设备车辆，总成及零部件上的油脂和污垢。能使用动力工具如砂轮机，钢丝刷等来清洁金属表面，以保证焊接性能可靠。进行景点的娱乐设备安装时，也应保持零部件的整洁有序，能利用人工或电动抓具和脚踏控制，完成零部件举升和转弯。

·      娱乐设备及驾乘车辆的装配—按照设计蓝图或工程图纸利用手动或动力工具对零部件进行拆卸和重装。站立或坐于工作台旁工作，会在驾乘车辆上根据工作条件进行立，坐，弯腰，屈膝，趴，爬等动作，还包括重复性的手臂活动，如抓取，推拉，转动螺母或螺栓到一定的扭矩。

·      搬运物料—焊接技师须会使用搬运车，托盘和其他工具来搬运总成和零部件。在工作区域使用液压车，手动拖车和带轮工装，能使用绳索，链条等提升和固定物品。

·      须会使用折弯机，弯管机，金属锯等其他设备进行金属加工工作。

·      支持电子工单系统MAXIMO的计划专员做好维修记录，确保维修记录文档的准确性和准时性。

·      协助工程服务经理完成零件及物料采购。

·      具备团队精神与客户意识。

·      完成管理层安排的其他工作。

Job Summary:

This position requires the ability to join or repair metal components and to fabricate using brazing, tac, stick, Mig, Tig, electroslag and other welding techniques. 

What You’ll Do:

·      Operational/Functional checks – Must be able to read, understand, and follow checklists to safely operate the systems or equipment and know what actions to take in case of equipment failure or emergency conditions.

·      Must be able to store gas cylinders and related equipment in accordance with regulatory standards

·      Inspection check, must be able to read technical drawings, schematics, job plans, reference documents, and maintenance manuals. Must be skilled in the use of tools customary to the trade (i.e., welding and burning equipment, scales, torque wrenches, hoists, lifting and jacking devices, manlifts) and working at heights with fall protection, boatswain’s chair, and positioning equipment. Must be able to identify various types, grades, and property classes of fasteners. 

·      Troubleshoot Systems/Equipment – Must clearly understand how system/equipment operates to be able to identify when there is a problem. Ability to read job plans, schematics; Must have the ability to use measurement tools and welding tools.

·      Overhaul/Maintenance/Repair/Alteration of System/Equipment – Accept technical direction from planning, technical, and engineering sources and conduct and implement required actions.

·      Cleaning/stripping of assemblies and component parts – Uses cleaners and parts washer to clean grease and dirt accumulation from attraction equipment, vehicles, assemblies, and component parts. May use power tools such as grinders and wire brush to prepare metal for weld repair. Requires accessing parts and assemblies while mounted on the attraction or ride vehicle and wiping and using cleaning solutions. man grasping, power grasping, manipulating objects, operating foot controls, and lifting/turning parts.

·      Assembly of ride vehicles and attraction equipment – Utilizes hand and power operated tools to disassemble and reassemble components per blue print and/or engineering drawing. Performs standing or sitting at a workbench; walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching while on the attraction or ride vehicle.?? This involves using repetitive hand and arm movements such as power gripping, fine grasping, pushing, and pulling to torque nuts and bolts to specified tightness. It also may require use of a manlift, boatswain’s chair, power scaffold, or positioners to access work area.

·      Material handling – welder must lift, carry, and place assemblies and components on work surfaces/material handling carts, pallets, and other fixtures. Pushes/pulls carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and wheeled assembly fixtures around work areas; Uses ropes, slings, cables, and other rigging devices to lift and position items. 

·      Must be able to use angle iron and pipe bending equipments, metal saws and other machines required to prepare metal for welding.

·      Prepare maintenance record to Support MAXIMO specialist, ensure correct maintenance document accurate and timely. 

·      Support engineering service manager to determine needed parts/materials.

·      Commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction

·      Miscellaneous job assigned by management as necessary.

What To Bring:

·      Welding certificates in each of the required disciplines

·      Experience in braising, welding and joining of similar and dissimilar metals including ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

·      Experience with multiple types of rod, solder, etc as well as both bas and electrical weld machines

·      Skilled in the use of all types of hand and field tools and fixtures related to welding and metal working. Experience required in both fabrication and repair welding is required. 

·      Must demonstrate an ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints. Should possess or be capable of obtaining regulatory certifications for fall protection, PPE respiratory protection, and confined space entry. Must be capable of working from ladders and/or aerial platforms. 

·      Must be able to qualify in multiple techniques to regulatory standards

·      Maintenance Experience working with JV or MNC is preferred
