职位介绍：

该职位将负责对上海迪士尼乐园中央工厂提供焊接技术服务。需要利用钎焊，焊丝，焊条，惰性气体保护焊（MIG，TIG），电渣焊等焊接技术来维修和制作金属类零部件。需具备焊接工装夹具设计能力和特种设备焊接维修制作的相关经验。管理及带领团队完成焊接项目。

工作内容：

·      阅读理解并按照操作检查清单安全地操作系统或设备，并知晓设备失效或紧急情况下应采取何种措施来保障安全；

·      根据安全规定的要求，使用存储气瓶及相关设备；

·      需要阅读图纸、原理图、作业计划、参考文档和维修手册。熟练地利用各种工具（如焊接设备，测量工具，扭力扳手，举升机，液压设备，升降车等）来完成工作；利用坠落防护装置，吊椅和固定工具进行高空作业；识别紧固件的类型、等级和属性；

·      根据技术、工程和计划内容，按照要求执行并实施系统和设备的检修、维护、维修和改造工作；

·      使用动力工具，如砂轮机和钢丝刷等来清洁金属表面，以保证焊接性能可靠；

·      使用折弯机、弯管机、金属锯、水切割和激光切割等设备进行金属加工作业；

·      带领3至5人的团队独立完成焊接项目；

·      设计焊接过程中需要使用的工装夹具；

·      编写焊接工艺，并对其他演职人员进行培训；

·      进行游乐设备零部件的焊接修复及制作；

·      根据工作的优先级和车间资源，合理安排工作；

·      使用EDMS系统，阅读和审核图纸，并理解要求；

·      使用MAXIMO系统，分批和执行日常工作，并进行物料管理的支持；

·      指导并对其他技术员提供技术支持；

·      确保完成工作并及时汇报；

·      完成经理指派的其他任务。

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      5年及以上焊接相关工作经验；

·      具有国家规定的焊接与热切割作业证；

·      在焊接方面有丰富的经验，如碳钢，不锈钢，铝，铜等材料的焊接作业；

·      有特种设备作业人员相关证书，包含钨极氩弧焊，融化极气体保护焊，药芯焊丝电弧焊，焊条电弧焊，金属焊接，平焊、横焊、立焊、仰焊、管道水平固定焊、管道斜45度固定焊，低合金钢、奥氏体钢、奥氏体与铁素体双相钢等焊接种类优先；

·      在游乐设施零部件领域从事设施和结构类零件焊接工作者优先；

·      能熟练使用各种类型的手工及室外作业焊接和钣金的工装夹具，有制造和维修焊接经验；

·      遵循相关安全政策和流程；

·      能阅读和理解图纸，并根据图纸完成工作；

·      具有较高的技术能力和良好的决策能力；

·      具有解决问题的能力，以及持续改进过程的能力；

·      具备良好的创新能力，团队协作和沟通能力；

·      具备在快节奏环境下工作的激情；

·      具备基本的计算机技能（Word，Excel和PowerPoint等）；

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing welding technical services to Shanghai Disneyland Central Shop. It is necessary to use brazing, welding wire, welding rod, inert gas shielded welding (MIG, TIG), electroslag welding and other welding techniques to repair and manufacture metal parts. It is necessary to have the design ability of welding fixtures and relevant experience in welding and maintenance of special equipment. Manage and lead the team to complete welding projects.

What You’ll Do:

·      Read, understand and follow operational checklists to safely operate the system or equipment and know what steps to take to ensure safety in the event of equipment failure or emergency;

·      Use storage cylinders and associated equipment as required by safety regulations;

·      Requires reading of drawings, schematics, work plans, reference documents and service manuals. Skillfully utilize a variety of tools (such as welding equipment, measuring tools, torque wrenches, jacks, hydraulic equipment, lift trucks, etc.) to get work done; use fall protection devices, chair lifts, and stationary tools for working at heights; identify fasteners types, grades and properties;

·      Execute and implement the inspection, maintenance, repair and modification of systems and equipment according to the technical, engineering and planning content;

·      Use power tools such as grinders and wire brushes to clean metal surfaces to ensure reliable weld performance;

·      Metalworking with equipment such as press brakes, pipe benders, metal saws, waterjet cutting and laser cutting;

·      Lead a team of 3 to 5 people to complete welding projects independently;

·      Design the fixtures that need to be used in the welding process;

·      Write welding procedures and train other Cast Members;

·      Carry out welding repair and production of amusement equipment parts;

·      Arrange work reasonably according to work priority and workshop resources;

·      Use EDMS system, read and review drawings and understand requirements;

·      Use MAXIMO system to batch and execute daily work and support material management;

·      Mentor and provide technical support to other technicians;

·      Ensure work is completed and reported in a timely manner;

·      Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

What To Bring:

·      5 years or more working experience in welding;

·      Possess the welding and thermal cutting operation certificate stipulated by the People‘s Republic of China

·      Rich experience in welding, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other materials welding operations;

·      Relevant certificates of Special Equipment Operator GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAV, metal welding 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, FEII, FEIV  are preferred;

·      Candidates with  experience in the welding of facilities and structural parts in the field of amusement equipment parts are preferred;

·      Proficiency in using various types of manual and outdoor welding and sheet metal fixtures, with experience in manufacturing and maintenance welding;

·      Follow relevant security policies and procedures;

·      Able to read and understand drawings and work from them;

·      High technical skills and good decision-making skills;

·      Ability to solve problems and continuously improve the process;

·      Have good innovation ability, teamwork and communication skills;

·      Passionate about working in a fast paced environment;

·      Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

·      Possess good time management skills, able to allocate and prioritize work reasonably among different work locations, and effectively use and manage time to coordinate issues;

·      Able to adapt to different schedules, accept working on weekends and holidays
