职位介绍：

该职位将负责对上海迪士尼乐园中央工厂提供机加工技术服务。需要使用各类机械切削和加工设备，对金属零件和非金属零件进行加工和制作；利用普通机床和CNC编程机床完成零部件加工并保证精度，对零部件进行测量和复核以保证零件的质量。独立完成一些简单概念产品的设计加工。

工作内容：

·      操作机械加工包含数控车床，铣床，钻床，磨床， 激光切割机，水切割机等设备；

·      负责零件机械切削和加工，较强加工技术和目视检查，以保证零件制作的准确性；

·      对机械图纸有较强的识图能力，并转化到相应的加工工艺，利用相应设备进行零件制作；

·      使用测量工具对加工的零件进行自检或互检，保证零件图纸中的公差尺寸要求；

·      根据样品或图纸，复制和修改零件；

·      带领3至5人的团队独立完成机加工项目；

·      独立设计加工过程中需要使用的工装夹具；

·      独立编写加工工艺，并对其他演职人员进行培训；

·      具备CAD，UG等软件使用能力，且能独立建模并制作刀路；

·      根据工作的优先级和车间资源，合理安排工作；

·      使用EDMS系统，阅读和审核图纸，并理解要求；

·      使用MAXIMO系统，分批和执行日常工作，并进行物料管理的支持；

·      指导并对其他技术员提供技术支持；

·      确保完成工作并及时汇报；

·      完成经理指派的其他任务。

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      5年及以上普通机床和数控机床加工经验，持相关证书者优先；

·      机加工或数控专业优先；

·      熟悉Fanuc数控编程；

·      熟悉各类机加工设备操作和维护，如数控车床和数控加工中心；镗床，钻床，磨床，锯床，水切割，激光切割等技术优先；

·      掌握CAD，UG，Solidworks，MasterCam等建模软件优先；

·      遵循相关安全政策和流程；

·      能够阅读图纸和其他相关原理图；

·      具有较高的技术能力和良好的决策能力；

·      具有解决问题的能力，以及持续改进过程的能力；

·      具备良好的创新能力，团队协作和沟通能力；

·      具备在快节奏环境下工作的激情；

·      具备基本的计算机技能（Word，Excel和PowerPoint等）；

·      具备良好的时间管理能力，能够在不同工作地点合理地分配工作并安排优先级，并有效地利用和管理时间以协调问题；

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing machining technical services to Shanghai Disneyland Central Shop. It is necessary to use various mechanical cutting and processing equipment to process and manufacture metal parts and non-metal parts; to use ordinary machine tools and CNC programming machine tools to complete parts processing and ensure accuracy, and to measure and review parts to ensure the quality of parts. Independently complete the design and processing of some simple concept products.

What You’ll Do:

·      Operate mechanical processing including CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, laser cutting machines, water jetting machines and other equipment;

·      Responsible for mechanical cutting and processing of parts, strong processing technology and visual inspection to ensure the accuracy of parts production;

·      Have a strong ability to understand mechanical drawings, and transform them into corresponding processing techniques, and use corresponding equipment to make parts;

·      Use measuring tools to conduct self-inspection or mutual inspection on the processed parts to ensure the tolerance size requirements in the part drawings;

·      Duplicate and modify parts from samples or drawings;

·      Lead a team of 3 to 5 people to complete machining projects independently;

·      Independently design the tooling and fixtures used in the processing process;

·      Independently write processing techniques and provide training to other Cast Members;

·      Have the ability to use CAD, UG and other software, and can independently model and make tool paths;

·      Arrange work reasonably according to work priority and workshop resources;

·      Use EDMS system, read and review drawings and understand requirements;

·      Use MAXIMO system to batch and execute daily work and support material management;

·      Mentor and provide technical support to other technicians;

·      Ensure work is completed and reported in a timely manner;

·      Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

What To Bring:

·      5 years and above  experience in general machine tools and CNC machine tools, relevant certificates are preferred;

·      Machining or CNC major is preferred;

·      Familiar with Fanuc CNC programming;

·      Familiar with the operation and maintenance of various machining equipment, such as CNC lathes and CNC machining centers; boring machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, sawing machines, water jet cutting, laser cutting and other technologies are preferred;

·      Master CAD, UG, Solidworks, MasterCam and other modeling software is preferred;

·      Follow relevant security policies and procedures;

·      Ability to read drawings and other relevant schematics;

·      High technical skills and good decision-making skills;

·      Ability to solve problems and continuously improve the process;

·      Have good innovation ability, teamwork and communication skills;

·      Passionate about working in a fast paced environment;

·      Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

·      Possess good time management skills, able to allocate and prioritize work reasonably among different work locations, and effectively use and manage time to coordinate issues;

·      Able to adapt to different schedules, accept working on weekends and holidays.
