职位介绍：

作为中央工场的资深游艺设备技术员，对上海迪士尼度假区的游乐设施及设备负责，开展大修、整修、制造、修理、检查或对迪士尼专有计算机控制的电子动画人物、气动和液压系统组件、玻璃纤维风景展示道具和其他商业机密项目进行加工工作。协助中央工场主管及经理带领一线技术人员，制定各种维护计划，提供主要的技术监督与指导，以及3D和机加工等支持。在管理安全、合规和生产力的同时发扬高水平的团队工作精神。

工作内容：

·      对机械图纸有较强的识图制图能力，并转化到相应的加工工艺，利用普通设备和CNC设备等进行零件制作

·      使用3D或其他工程制图软件，完成独立制图与建模

·      归纳生产工艺，制定工作流程及归档，并协助主管进行岗位培训，你需要制定团队成员的培训计划，并利用不同培训资源指导技术人员。

·      使用测量工具对加工零件进行自检或互检，保证零件图纸中的公差尺寸要求

·      完成车间内多种多样的生产任务，拆卸及装配部件

·      协助主管，对车间的日常管理进行定期审计，确保安全和整洁，工具、备件和文件妥善存放并符合公司要求

·      根据工作的优先级和车间资源，合理安排工作

·      使用EDMS系统，阅读和审核图纸，并理解要求

·      使用MAXIMO系统，分批和执行日常工作，并进行物料管理的支持

·      指导并对其他技术员提供技术支持

·      确保完成工作并及时汇报

·      完成经理指派的其他任务

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      6年及以上自动化及机加工维修工作经验

·      机械、电气、自动化或机加工专业背景优先

·      熟悉3D及工程制图、机械加工、电气、焊接、液压、气动、PLC控制和玻璃纤维工艺等一个或多个领域

·      遵循相关安全政策和流程

·      具有较高的识图制图能力

·      具有较高的技术能力和良好的决策能力

·      具备基本的中英文书写及口语沟通能力

·      具备良好的创新能力和团队协作能力

·      具备较强的计算机软件运用能力（Solid works, UG, AutoCAD, Word，Excel，PPT等）

Job Summary：

As a Senior Ride Technician in Central Shop, you will be responsible for ride equipments and assets in SHDR, conduct overhaul, recondition, fabrication, repair, inspection or machining work on attraction ride vehicles, Disney proprietary computer controlled animatronics figures, pneumatic and hydraulic system/assemblies, Fiber glass scenic show sets/props and other commercial-confidential items. You will work with managers and leader techs to lead a couple of technicians to make plan for overhaul, provide multiple technical supervision, instruction, material management support. Develop a high level of teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.

What You’ll Do:

·      Have a strong ability to recognize mechanical drawings and transfer them into corresponding processing techniques, and use common equipment and CNC equipment to make parts.

·      Need to use 3D and other engineering mapping software to be able to model independently.

·      Need to summarize the production processes, develop operation procedure and document. Provide OJT and KAPA Training with Leader Techs.

·      Need to use measuring tools to conduct self-inspection or mutual inspection on the processed parts to ensure the tolerance size requirements in the part drawings

·      Need to perform multiple production tasks in the workshop, disassembling & assembling parts.

·      Will assist Leader Techs, auditing the working shop management, make sure the safety, tidiness, tools, spare parts and documentation are proper and align with company's standards.

·      Manage task priority, coordinate with related  parties, make proper working plan.

·      Be familiar with EDMS system and able to read, understand the requirements of drawings.

·      Be familiar with MAXIMO and supportive to day-to-day work assignment and implementation, material and spare parts management.

·      Demonstrate leadership and show technical support to technicians.

·      Ensure timely complete and report all job tasks

·      Complete other tasks assigned by Manager and Leader Techs.

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      At least 6-year experience of maintenance work

·      Major in mechanical, electrical, automation or machinist are preferred.

·      Familiar with one or more fields such as 3D and engineering drawing, machining, electrical, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC control and fiberglass technology

·      Able to follow safety policies and procedures

·      Good ability to read drawings and schematics.

·      Possess a high technical aptitude and decision making skills.

·      Written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

·      Good innovation and team cooperation ability.

·      Strong computer skills (Solid works, UG, AutoCAD, word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).

·      Time management skills, be able to assign work in an orderly manner and take the most out of time to solve problems.

·      Excellent negotiation and issue-solving skills to ensure smooth-going of production and maintenance.

·      Available to work all shifts (morning, afternoon and overnight shifts), weekends and holidays as required by management.
