Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

•Provide technical support for Infineon Wifi products to customers during customers’ evaluation and development phase, and support internal FAE to support their customers

•Perform system debugging and design service for various customers and various applications using Infineon various Wifi products

•Work cross functionally with Marketing, HW/SW development, and chip/solution design teams in supporting customers, collect IP/product/application requirements in the related area, by communicating with customers and internal teams

•Support and create product easy-of-use technical collaterals (e.g. ref. design, knowledge articles, application notes)

•Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers

•Focus on innovative, scalable methods to make customers self-sufficient

•支持并创建易于使用的产品技术资料（例如参考设计、知识文章、应用笔记等）

•准备并向同行和最终客户提供产品/解决方案培训

•专注于创新、可扩展的方法，使客户独立使用英飞凌产品

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Bachelor or above degree, major in EE, 1-3 Years relevant experience

•Solid knowledge of embedded systems – software, firmware and hardware applications，linux and android experience is a plus.

•Experience of programming with C/C++ in Linux environment, WiFi/BT related experience is preferred

•Customer-orientated mindset, great interest in interacting with various of customer engineers

•Interest and ability to learn new technologies very quickly

•Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin

•Occasionally travelling required
