职位介绍：

作为中央工场的游艺设备技术员，您将对上海迪士尼度假区的游乐设施及设备负责，开展大修、整修、制造、修理、检查或对迪士尼专有计算机控制的电子动画人物、气动和液压系统/组件、玻璃纤维风景展示/道具和其他商业机密项目进行加工工作。您将协助车间主管一同带领一线技术人员，制定各种维护计划，提供主要的技术监督和指导以及物料管理等支持。在管理安全、合规和生产力的同时发扬高水平的团队工作精神。

工作内容：

·      执行测试、预防和纠正性维护、故障排除、大型翻修或安装，包括：各种游乐设备与演出元素中的电气和机械系统，完成指定的任务。

·      学习并熟练使用公司所提供的信息系统与维修工具、熟悉技术图纸。

·      监督并带领2或3名技术员完成指定任务。着重于部件翻新，改进，排故，纠正性维护，第二双眼睛[SY1] 。

·      维修间的管理，确保安全和整洁。工具，备件和文件妥善存放并符合公司要求。参加例行交接班会议。

·      接受在岗培训课程并完成理论、实践培训，最终通过相应考试。

·      确定团队培训需求并取得上级主管和经理的认可。

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      具有维护、安装或大型翻修安全或关键系统的经验。 在一般工程实践中，具有很强的技术和维护知识，并具有良好的技术理解，包括工业级电机、齿轮箱及其总成、液压和气动项目、变速电机驱动控制器、安全关键PLC、模拟和数字控制电路以及配电面板、高达380V三相系统的配电板。

·      具有基本的领导和跨部门沟通能力，并熟练使用Maximo，Handheld，EDMS等公司的信息工具，以便支持主管的工作；与2或3个初级技术员/技术员一起在符合迪士尼标准的情况下，兼顾质量和安全完成工作任务。

·      用专业知识完成任务并应对可能出现的突发问题。

·      拥有良好的学习能力，优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧并且态度积极乐观。

·      有法定执照，如注册电工，压力容器操作，特殊车辆驾照优先。

·      可以接受在工业型，后台区环境下进行工作; 经常在户外，高温和潮湿的环境下工作; 需要时在高处、水下、密闭空间工作。

·      可以接受灵活的工时安排，需要覆盖园区运营的时间和夜班，包括国定假日。

·      可以学习并理解中文和英文的作业计划，并在英文环境下利用office软件进行工作。

By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

As a Ride Technician in Central Shops, you will be responsible for ride equipment and assets in Shanghai Disney Resort, conduct overhaul, recondition, fabrication, repair, inspection or machining work on attraction ride vehicles, Disney proprietary computer controlled animatronics figures, pneumatic and hydraulic system/assemblies, Fiber glass scenic show sets/props and other commercial-confidential items. You will work with lead Teaches to lead a couple of technicians to make plan for overhaul, provide technical supervision, instruction, material management support. Develop a high level of teamwork and cooperation while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.

What You’ll Do:

·      Execute test, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, major rehab or installation on a wide variety of equipment including electrical and mechanical systems for the ride and show elements, and apply specific craft skills to accomplish the assigned tasks.

·      Able to learn and use company-provided technology systems and equipment, and be familiar with the tech drawings.

·      Supervise and lead 2 or 3 technicians to accomplish the assigned tasks, especially competent in trouble shooting, corrective maintenance procedure and using Second Set of Eye procedure.

·      Manage the workshops safety and tidiness. Tools, spare parts and documentation are proper, aligned with company’s standards and attend the shift briefing

·      Attend job training sessions, knowledge and performance assessment training and pass examinations

·      Identify specific training needs for the team for higher management’s endorsement.

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      The incumbent shall have maintenance, installation or major rehab experience in safety or service critical system. We’d like you to have strong affinity in technical and maintenance knowledge during general engineering practice, and proceed with good technical understanding of attractions system which compose of industrial grade motor, gearboxes and assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic items, variable speed motor drive controllers, safety critical PLC, analog and digital control circuits and power distribution panel, switchboards up to 380V 3 phase system. 

·      Have basic people leading skill and also proficiency on the application of the company information tools such as Maximo, Handheld, EDMS, etc., so that he/she could support supervisors to work with 2 or 3 Jr Technicians or Technicians in carrying out maintenance tasks, inventory and workshop management up to Disney standard, in respect to both quality and safety.

·      Apply professional knowledge to accomplish assigned tasks and tackle any urgent issue arises.

·      Good learning ability and excellent team player, good communication skill and people leader with positive attitude.

·      Statutory licenses such as registered electrical worker, boiler operator, and special vehicle driving license preferred.

·      Able to work in the industrial and backstage type of environment. Frequently work in an outdoor, hot, and humid environment. Work at height, underwater, confined space when required.

·      Can take flexible work shifts that cover the attraction operating hours and third shift, including public holidays.

·      Able to learn and understand both Chinese and English technical job plans, and using Office software in English version.
