职位介绍:
该职位将负责对游乐设施、机动装置、气动和液压系统/组件、PLC、道具和其他项目进行大修、翻新、制造、维修、检查和加工作业。您将与部门经理一起带领技术人员制定大修计划,提供技术监督、指导、材料管理支持。
工作内容:
· 执行服务经理分配的任务,监督技术团队和车间区域的服务商,以确保安全并提供现场技术指导
· 对机动装置、骑乘部件、演出布景/道具进行大修、预防性和纠正性维护、检查或加工工作
· 对自加工件和部件改造提供技术解决方案
· 在管理安全性、合规性和生产力的同时,发展高水平的团队合作能力
· 领导小型项目(车间级),规划和分配资源,为预算估算过程提供技术方面的建议。监控进度,并在整个项目生命周期内保持和相关方的有效沟通
· 平衡各车间之间的资源
· 执行预防/纠正性维护、排故、部件翻修或安装,包括:各种游乐设备&布景道具中的电气和机械系统,用他/她的技术完成指定的任务
· 主持每日的交接班会议,充分了解当日工作计划
· 优先处理日常工单,并做好工作分配
· 确保在Maximo系统中的工单工时,维修记录及物料信息的准确性
· 监督每周工单完成率并处理积压工单
· 对班次中的Maximo 工单进行随机检查(工时、材料等)。消耗品、备件和一级零件库存控制、定期库存盘点和数据输入
· 负责Maximo采购订单的申请及物料的收货工作
· 执行车间安全检查表,并负责一级和二级审计发现项的后续整改工作
· 提供实际操作培训

· 具有10年及以上维修工作经验,机械、电气或自动化专业优先
· 具有较高的技术能力和良好的决策能力

Job Summary:
As a Lead Ride Technician in Central Shop, you will be responsible for ride equipment and assets in Shanghai Disney Resort, conduct overhaul, recondition, fabrication, repair, inspection or machining work on attraction ride vehicles, Disney proprietary computer-controlled animatronics figures, pneumatic and hydraulic system/assemblies, PLC, fiber glass scenic show sets/props and other commercial-confidential items. You will work with managers to lead a couple of technicians to make plan for overhaul, provide technical supervision, instruction, material management support
What You’ll Do:
· Conduct tasks assigned by service manager, supervise technician teams and contract labors in workshop area to ensure safety and provide technical instructions on site.
· Implement overhaul, preventative & corrective maintenance, inspection or machining work for animation figures, ride components, scenic show sets/props.
· Provide the technical solutions for in-house production and modification.
· Develop a high level of collaboration and partnership while handling safety, regulatory compliance, and productivity.
· Lead small projects (workshop level), planning and allocate the resources, furnish technical input into budget estimating process, supervising progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
· Leverage the recourses between different shops.
· Execute preventative & corrective maintenance, trouble shooting, major rehab or installation on a wide variety of electronic/ electrical/ mechanical systems for ride vehicles & show elements or apply his/her specific craft skills to accomplish the assigned tasks.
· Hold the daily shift briefing and be fully aware of the on-day working schedule.
· Priorities the day-to-day work orders and arrange the work assignments to teams.
· Ensure the accuracy of labor hours, material and inventory record in Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo)
· Lead all aspects of weekly work orders completion rate and backlog work orders follow up.
· Random inspection of Maximo Work orders entry in the shift (labor-hours, materials and etc.). Consumable, spare and Class One part inventory control, regular stock count and system data input.
· Maximo PO application and good receive.
· Implement workshop safety checklist, complete follow-up actions from Tier I and Tier II audit.
· Provide OJT and KAPA Training.
What To Bring:
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.
· 10-year and above experiences in maintenance work, major in mechanical, electrical or automation are preferred.
· Possess a high technical proficiency and sound decision-making skills.
· Ability of continuous improvement and innovation
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills and the ability to work optimally across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment.
· Excellent negotiation and issue-solving skills to ensure smooth- going of production and maintenance.
· Time management skills, be able to assign work in an orderly manner and take the most out of time to solve problems.
· Strong computer skills (MS word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
· Be willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
