职位介绍：

按照迪士尼标准完成各种道具、壁画的维修、翻新或者重制工作，以保持场区各种不同环境和场景下完美的艺术表现，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验.

工作内容：

·      熟悉纹理制作和主题色洗涤的工艺流程;

·      能进行现场颜色识别并能调色以匹配现场的油漆颜色；

·      跟高级画师或设计师保持良好的沟通，确保高质量的完成维修任务

·      对主题饰面和艺术作品进行高质量的修复以到达原始设计意图；

·      对初级画师提供调色的技术指导

·      遵守安全承诺；保持工作环境整洁和有序化；

·      高效计划跟准备工作

·      提供装饰道具及人造饰面的技术要求

·      能够完成一些主题抹灰墙体及转印画的修复工作；

·      可根据要求做文档归类工作；

·      利用迪士尼电子工作单系统完成指定工作并跟踪更新工单状况

我们希望您：

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力，拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力 ；

·      须提供能表现出艺术水平的绘画、喷涂作品、或其他道具制作方面的作品；

·      能够运用电脑，一定技能的电脑操作；熟练使用office 软件者优先

·      五年以上的相关施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验。（具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先）

·      根据工作安排有必要时可以在周六和周日进行所有的排班（例如：早班、中班、晚班），愿意听从指示并接受指示

·      可在假期工作

·      此职位的候选人应具有高度积极性，可靠性和良好的沟通技巧

·      能够在度假区内外不同的区域工作，包括室内和室外，有时在热或冷的环境下工作

·      有一定的体力能够搬运工具、材料和产品；

·      有良好的客户服务意识，能主动解决问题；

·      团队合作精神，有积极学习的意愿和能力

·      服从调岗及上级安排的其他工作内容；

·      有驾驶执照和登高证优先

You will have the perfect stage to showcase your extensive technical experience. In this role, you will leverage your advanced technical skillset to ensure our park’s facilities continue to achieve operational excellence. By ensuring the smooth operation of every magical experience and contributing to our many industry awards and honors, you will help carry forward Disney’s spirit of craftsmanship.

Job Summary:

To do maintenance work or new creating work in accordance with the Shanghai Disney standard on different show props and mural painting to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure a good immersive experience for visitors.

What You’ll Do:

·      Be familiar with the process of texture making and theme color washing

·      Be able to do the color identification and mixing the paint to match the site condition

·      Having good communication with senior artist or designer to ensure high quality maintenance work

·      Make seamless repaint to themed finish and art work that make the original design intent

·      Give direction to junior artist regarding finish guiding and color mixing

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety. Keep work place good status in accordance with 5S standard

·      Handling planning and prepare work in an efficient manner

·      Providing decorative and faux finishes as requires

·      Ability to complete some theme plaster wall and graphic paint repair

·      Document categorization according to manager requirements

·      Managing assigned workload and tracking work order’s status through use of MAXIMO system

What To Bring:

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities and spirit of cooperation.

·      Provide portfolio showing work in related field – pictorial painting, modeling, prop creation, etc.,

·      Knowledge on computer operation, skilled use of office software is preferred;

·      More than five years of construction experience, and good preventive maintenance work or construction experience. (Multi-facility or multi-skill experience is preferred)

·      Available to work on Saturday and Sunday, all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management according to the work schedule, willing to follow and accept instructions

·      Available to work on holidays

·      Candidates for this position should be highly motivated, reliable, and possess good communication’s skills;

·      Be able to work in multiple store locations throughout the Resort, indoor or outdoor, sometimes in hot or cold environment.

·      Physically be able to carry and move products.

·      Service sense to proactively fix problems.

·      Good team player; be willing and able to learn skills and knowledge.

·      Accept the position change or other work responsibility assigned by the leaders.

·      Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
