MAIN PURPOSE

As the Senior Digital Project Manager and owner of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions, this role is pivotal in driving solution design/deployment and business integration, which leads the identification of GenAI use cases, oversees technical and business deployment, and manages products to ensure that AI-driven solutions are seamlessly embedded into business processes, delivers measurable value, and scales effectively.

The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of the retail and consumer business environment, keeps abreast of GenAI technologies, and excels at translating complex business challenges into actionable AI solutions. Collaboration is key, working closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, product managers, business analysts, business stakeholders, and external partners—to foster innovation and growth for the Maison.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Use Case Design & Business Integration

• Deeply understand retail and consumer business processes, pain points, and objectives to proactively identify GenAI opportunities.
• Work as business analyst to ensure AI solutions are tightly aligned with real business needs.
• Design GenAI applications with a focus on user experience and seamless integration with existing business systems.

2. GenAI Solution Ownership

• As the GenAI product owner, define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-based application solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Partner with technical teams to architect end-to-end solutions and ensure smooth integration of AI models into operational workflows, continuously optimizing product features and performance.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Deployment

• Coordinate across technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure clear communication and unified objectives.
• Effectively communicate the benefits, risks, and limitations of GenAI solutions to non-technical stakeholders, driving business adoption and engagement.
• Lead deployment of GenAI tools and change-management in the business teams.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Monitor post-deployment performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to maximize business value.
• Stay informed on AI ethics and compliance (e.g., PIPL, GDPR), promoting responsible AI practices.

COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading and deploying AI solutions, with exposure to retail and consumer-related business (e.g., retail, marketing, communications).
• Strong expertise with proven capabilities in both business analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI deployment, including bias mitigation and compliance with regulations.
• Design thinking and strategic mindset focused on delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
