职位介绍：

使用木工手动及电动工具制作、安装和维修木质、夹板类、墙板等物品，并符合本地的建筑规范。工作内容包括制作支柱及成套构件、框架、门窗、装饰、门锁、地板、切割材料、成型材料、拆除和材料加工，物品表面的预处理等。

工作内容：

• 高度重视安全，并身体力行。
• 确保安全性、可靠性并在所分配的工作范围内展示高品质。
• 能够读懂设计图纸和加工图，明确材料需求及各种尺寸。
• 用测量工具进行布局准备，能准确的落料，进行切割和装配。
• 会用钉子、螺丝、木榫、锚钉或胶来装配和固定木制品。
• 会制作和安装隔断和橱柜等。
• 会安装窗框、门、门框、挡雨条、线条和装饰五金（锁，铰链、导轨、踢脚板等）。
• 会搭设脚手架和梯子用于高空作业。
• 按照上级安排进行客房及公共区域的预防性维修，与其他员工进行一起合作。
• 对于一些会产生油漆味或噪音的工作，慎重选择合适的时间或施工场地以减少对运营部门的影响。如果无法避免，需事先请示酒店工程经理。
• 善于学习新的工艺，熟悉新的装饰材料和各种特殊的表面粘合材料。鼓励尝试使用先进的材料来提高工作效率和成品质量。
• 能够使用电脑管理软件，如MAXIMO软件去管理所分配的工作量。
• 根据工作内容，选择合适的配件，与上级沟通并获得合适的配件及数量并进行定购。要求能够阅读、说明和识别图纸，根据维护手册采用正确的维修和更换流程。
• 能够与其他同事或其它专业的员工合作，处理各种维修工作。有较强的书面和口头沟通技巧。
• 保持设备、设备机房和工作间的干净、整洁并持续保持。

·      要求高中毕业及以上,职业技术学校毕业的优先考虑。

·      3年以上建筑装饰和预防性维修工作经验或五星级酒店工作经历。（有多项维修技能或多种设施维护经验的优先考虑）。

·      有较强的书面和口头沟通能力（流利的中文，有英语能力的优先考虑）

Welcome to the Facility and Operations Services Team

We meticulously attend to every detail, creating each element to enhance the exciting experiences that display Disney’s classic heritage. No matter what role you have in the Attractions Operations, Central Shops, Facilities and Operations Services or Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to exercise your skills. You will collaborate with dedicated Cast Members, exchanging ideas and learning from one another as you work together to bring the magic to life.

Job Summary:

Fabricate, install, and repair wooden, plywood, and wall panel products using woodworking hand and power tools, in compliance with local building codes. Key tasks include fabricating pillars, complete assemblies, frames, doors, windows, decorations, door locks, and flooring; cutting materials, shaping materials, demolition, and material processing; as well as surface preparation of products, etc.

What You’ll Do:

• You should attach great importance to safety and practice it in daily work.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and deliver high quality within the assigned work scope.
• Able to read and interpret design drawings and processing diagrams to clarify material requirements and various dimensions.
• Use measuring tools for layout preparation, accurate blanking, cutting, and assembly.
• Skilled in assembling and securing wooden products using nails, screws, wooden tenons, anchors, or adhesives.
• Capable fabricating and installing partitions, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
• Proficient in installing window frames, doors, door frames, weatherstripping, moldings, and decorative hardware (locks, hinges, rails, baseboards, etc.).
• Able to set up scaffolding and ladders for high-altitude operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms and public areas as assigned by superiors and cooperate with other employees.
• For work that generates paint fumes or noise, carefully select appropriate times or construction sites to minimize the impact on operational departments. If unavoidable, consult with the Hotel Engineering Manager in advance.
• Proactive in learning new processes and familiarizing oneself with new decorative materials and various special surface bonding materials. Encouraged to try advanced materials to improve work efficiency and finished product quality.
• Proficient in using computer management software (such as MAXIMO) to manage the assigned workload.
• Based on work requirements, select appropriate accessories, communicate with suppliers to confirm the type and quantity, and arrange for procurement. Required to read, explain, and identify drawings, search for suppliers via the Internet, and adopt correct repair and replacement processes in accordance with maintenance manuals.
• Able to cooperate with other colleagues or professional staff to handle various maintenance tasks. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of equipment, equipment rooms, and workspaces on an ongoing basis.

What To Bring:

·      Vocational and technical school education or above is preferred.

·      At least 3 years of experience in architectural decoration and preventive maintenance, or work experience in five-star hotels. (Candidates with multiple maintenance skills or experience in maintaining various facilities are preferred.)

·      Able to read and interpret architectural and decorative drawings.

·      Possess strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is preferred).

·      Quick thinking and good physical health (able to work night shifts, walk or travel continuously, and handle various materials/tools/equipment).

·      Respect colleagues and embrace diversity.

·      Demonstrate proactive customer service awareness and maintain a positive attitude towards customer needs.

·      Communicate and interact freely with colleagues and maintain harmonious working relationships.

·      Actively support other colleagues.

·      Reliable when working independently or as part of a team.

·      Able to work on weekends, adapt to various shift requirements as needed by superiors, and willing to follow instructions and directives.
