职位介绍：

根据迪士尼标准完成各种室内外道路铺装、墙面及栏杆主题雕刻、彩色混凝土及漏水等修复工作，已确保园区在不同环境和场景下的完美艺术表现，为游客创造美好的沉浸式体验。

工作内容：

·      能够独立完成瓦工日常维修基础工作，如常规地砖、石材等路面铺装、勾缝、打胶、瓷砖及马赛克铺贴、一般主题抹灰及主题环氧雕刻、彩色混凝土路面修复等相关养护工作，做好现场的施工保护及成品保护工作

·      了解主题抹灰、彩色混凝土、主题环氧等主题雕刻工作的施工工艺，可以协助完成较复杂的墙面主题抹灰、彩色混凝土、栏杆及其他饰面等的主题雕刻维修工作

·      可以协助完成常规漏水检查、维修及玻璃更换工作

·      熟练使用瓦工相关的手动工具和电动工具

·      保证泥瓦养护工作开园的标准（例如：地面铺装牢固、环境整洁、无特殊气味等）

·      对初级工匠提供相应的日常专业技术指导，把控维修质量

·      参加交接班会议，执行及完成经理或领班布置的各项工作任务

·      根据业务需要，及时处理紧急工单，协助及配合其他专业完成应急抢险等工作

·      正确穿戴PPE个人防护用品，如呼吸面罩，手套，安全眼镜等

·      使用脚手架，梯子和举升机等，辅助以个人防护用品PPE安全完成登高作

·      根据要求可推拉举升23KG左右的零件，搬运15KG的工具设备

·      遵守安全承诺，保持工作环境整洁和有序化并遵守环保要求

我们希望您：

·      四年以上的建筑施工经验，并有良好的预防性维护工作或者建筑施工经验（具有多设施或多技能的经验者优先）

·      能够适应长期通宵班的工作；能够接受周末及节假日所有可能的班次（例如：早班、中班、通宵班）

·      拥有阅读和理解蓝图的能力

·      具有一定的组织协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧

·      需要在持续活动中进行工作例如步行或在车辆上手持材料和工具

·      积极主动应对维修业务的要求

·      拥有简单的计算机技能，能够准确报告信息并在文档中记录

·      有驾驶执照和登高资格证书的优先

Job Summary:

To do maintenance work or new mason work in accordance with the Disney standard on different indoor or outdoor floor paving, wall theme plaster and railing epoxy sculpture, color concrete and water leakage repair work, to ensure the park environments and scenes are all in good show, ensure a good immersive experience for visitors

What You’ll Do:

·      Be able to complete the mason daily work independently, such as floor brick or stone paving, sealant, grout work, tiles or mosaic repair, general theme plaster and epoxy sculpture, color concrete road maintenance work, and perform site construction protection and finish protection

·      Have the acknowledge for theme plaster, color concrete, theme epoxy and other sculpture work, assist to complete repair work of complexed wall, color concrete, railings and other theme finishes

·      Assist the team member to detect, repair water leakage issue and glass replacement

·      Competent to use Mason related hand tools and power tools

·      Ensure the standard of mason maintenance requirement for park opening (eg: firmly paved floor, cleanness of environment, odorless equipment, etc)

·      Provide technical guidance to Junior Tradesman in daily work and monitor repair work quality

·      Attend the shift meeting, perform and complete the tasks assigned by service manager or lead tradesman

·      As required, complete UCH work orders on time, coordinate and support other teams for emergency rescue at any time according to business requirements

·      Properly wear PPE, such as mask, gloves and safety glasses, etc.

·      Use scaffolding, ladder, man lifts, etc. and the associated PPE to meet safety standards for working at height

·      Be able to lift 50 lbs and carry 30 lbs

·      Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety, maintain cleanliness and take appropriate steps to protect the environment.

What To Bring:

·      More than four years of experience in building and fit out preventative maintenance or building construction work experience (Experience with multi-facility or multi-technical skills preferred).

·      Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift) as deemed required by management, available to work on holidays

·      Ability to read and understand blueprints

·      Has organizing and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit and communication skills

·      Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools)

·      Reliable and dependable whether working individually or in a group

·      Have the basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), accurately report information and record in the document.

·      Have driving license and AWP certificate are preferred
