职位介绍：

 您将负责安装和维修窗帘，篷布以及道具，家具维修，遮阳伞维护，在高处更换旗帜，绳网修补。

工作内容：

·      您将需要有使用各种小型手动工具的能力；

·      您需要在上海迪士尼度假区内进行一般维修和预防性维护；

·      您需要拥有色彩匹配的知识，识别室内材料、家具 和配件，并且有艺术品以及建筑材料及其应用的知识；

·      您需要有檐篷安装和人群绳索制作的知识和技能；

·      您需要学习迪士尼装修风格，了解度假区每栋建筑的装修步骤;

·      您的工作包括建筑正常修复和预防性工作以及翻新项目;

·      您需要知道如何使用脚手架，梯子或其他设备，以满足更高级别工作的安全标准；

·      您可以从蓝图和图纸中获取材料要求和结构尺寸等信息；

·      您可以使用测量工具准备布局;准确标记切割和装配材料；

·      您可以使用钉子，定位销，螺钉，螺栓或胶水以便正确固定材料；

·      根据管理层的安排，您将与其他工程团队一起对酒店内客房进行预防性维护；

·      您需要通过使用CMMS系统（MAXIMO）管理分配的工作量；

·      您能够与不同建筑行业的其他优秀工匠合作；

·      对安全做出明确承诺；

·      在车间保持清洁和整洁的环境，并遵循相应的规定；

·      按照直线领导的指示执行任何其他任务。

我们希望您：

·      拥有两年以上的施工安装经验（具备多技能有工作经验者优先）

·      土木工程职业学校优先考虑

·      具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力, 并且有阅读和理解蓝图的能力

·      精神警觉和身体健康（可能需要在步行或在交通工具上进行持续运动；材料和工具或木工设备处理）

·      与其他演职人员进行积极沟通，支持和互动

·      无论是单独工作还是在团队中工作，都要可靠和独立

Job Summary 

Cast Members assigned to the Decorator position are is responsible for performing: I installation and repair of draperies, canopies and props, repair of furniture, umbrella maintenance, flag replacement at height, rope and net repair. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• You will demonstrate the ability to use all kinds of small hand tools; 
• You will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the Shanghai Disney resort； 
• You need to have knowledge of color matching, know interior materials, furnishings, accessories and art work as well as architectural materials and its application; 
• You need to have the knowledge and skills of canopies installation and crowd rope fabrication; 
• You need to learn the Disney decoration style, well know the decoration process of each building in resort; 
• Your work includes building normal fixing and preventative work and refurbishment project; 
• You need to know how to use scaffolding, ladders or other equipment to meet safety standards for working at higher levels; 
• You are able to understand blueprint and drawings to extract info such as material requirements and structure dimensions; 
• You can layout preparation using measurement tools; can accurately mark materials for cutting and assembly; 
• You are able to fasten materials properly with nails, dowel pins, screws, bolts, or glue. 
• You will provide preventive maintenance in hotels’ guest rooms together with other engineering teams, as arranged by management. 
• You need to manage assigned workload through use of CMMS system (MAXIMO). 
• You require the ability to read and interpret and trace schematics, research the internet for vendors and suppliers, and use correct repair and replacement procedures as depicted in maintenance/vendor manuals. 
• Be able to coordinate and partner with other skilled craftsmen of various building trades.   
• Must have very good oral and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety. 
• Keep cleanliness and tidy of environment in workshops and follow accordingly.  
• Carry out any miscellaneous tasks as directed by line manager 

Job Requirements: 

• More than 2 years of experience in installation work experience. (Experience with multi-facility or multi-technical skills preferred) ； 
• Vocational school in civil engineering is preferred； 
• Good oral and written communication skills and you can read and understand blueprints；  
• Mentally alert and physically fit (may be required to work on constant movement on foot or in vehicle; material and tools or carpenter equipment handling); 
• Actively communicate, support and interact with other Cast Members; 
• Be reliable and independent whether working individually or in a group; 
• Obey the work arrangement and scheduling requirements, to be on duty and off duty on time; 
• Available to work on holidays.
